I can’t speak highly enough about the staff and management here. They go above and beyond to address tenant needs and requests. Even though it is a larger complex the charm and character make it feel personable and not like you’re living in a cookie cutter, soulless new builds. I can only hope that my new place as I move out of state is half as good as the West Bottoms Flats.

I've been here for a little over two years now, and I couldn't be happier. The location is a dream – within 5-10 minutes of awesome coffee shops, gyms, and everything from the river market to Power and Light. Being so close to everything means I can breeze through rush hour traffic effortlessly.

The area is booming, and it's fantastic to witness the growth. Management has been a huge plus – super friendly and always ready to help. Any issues I've had were swiftly addressed, and the maintenance team is top-notch. Quick response and problem-solving make a huge difference.

Aesthetically, this place is incredibly cool. Exposed bricks, industrial vibes – it's got that unique charm. The only drawback might be the parking situation, but it's city living, and I've got on-street parking. First come, first serve – par for the course. There was a phase of car break-ins, but they tackled it with added security, and it's been smooth sailing since. Fortunately, my car was never affected.

They make an effort to build a sense of community with monthly events for residents. Even though I haven't attended one yet, I appreciate the thoughtfulness. Overall, I love it here and would recommend it without hesitation.

Love the charm and history with these old renovated buildings. Lots of art, shops and other cool stuff like haunted houses. Just minutes away from Kaw point river access to music venues. Restaurants and the Amigoni winery await your next visit to KC. Just minutes away from City Market.

It's not my style, to me it felt like I was in Martha Stewart's jail cell! Really very nice in there! But.... still a cell.
But if you want a clean and affordable place in the city...go check it out!

Having just moved to KC I chose West Bottom Flats because of the amazing location. Not every place is perfect but WBF does care and always has a solution. They have a great leasing staff and on site staff! The loft I chose was perfect and I’ve enjoyed it here and making my loft an absolute dream place to live in. We always have fun resident community gatherings which makes this place even more enjoyable getting to know people. I highly recommend it.

I have lived in West Bottoms Flats for almost 6 months in the Wyoming building. I absolutely love the staff, and efficiency of the staff. Always professional and courteous. I have been living here for about a year but I love it so far the parking could be better but I love all the new renovations they are doing I love the new atrium I love the outdoor spaced the firepit I love the led lights in the halls I love how each building had a unique look and feel they always have event for the residents that are really fun and they have a room for entertainment in every lobby very dog friendly I feel like the rent price is fair compared to most places I do wish we had a bath tub and not only a shower there is an odor but that’s something that every one that lives downtown or near downtown has to deal with due to us being near water treatment plant this area is going thru a 400mil dollar Reno soon and that will bring much more night life to the area the highway access is Amazing you can get to any major highway with ease office staff is nice they love to have a good time with the resident we have a vending machine areas with a great variety we also have a nice gym I wish we had a pool I have never had trouble with my car being broke into as long as I’ve lived here I plan on staying for a while they even have some good schools for people with kids I honestly can’t complain about anything

Been here for 3 years and never had a problem! The girls in the leasing office are amazing and the maintenance team is great too!! 10/10 highly recommend

This has by far been the best place I’ve ever lived. Even from the beginning, the office staff has been amazing and were so great at being communicative and answering all my questions via email when I was moving across the state to be here. The apartments are extremely nice and unique! They maintain the historic feel VERY well. Location is also wonderful! The entire time I lived here, any concern or question I’ve ever had has been answered in a very timely manner. I cannot stress how friendly the environment is here. I’ve lived in dozens of places in different cities and states, and this is absolutely the best apartment/renting experience!

I have lived here since early December. I have had absolutely no issues and love living here. The staff is amazing and responds to every concern with promptness and care. This location is amazing, with stuff continually being added in the west bottoms! The parking is great, as well as the outside landscape. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough.

I love living here! Each building is so unique, the units are beautifully designed, and the community is so friendly.

Love this place. Right in the middle of a cool neighborhood with lots of fun things to do. The staff is fantastic!

These apartments are fun and in a unique location that is growing so much. There are 3 different buildings and the leasing office really helps you find which one is the best fit for you!

Josie and Sammie were very quick to respond to all my emails and made my move in and move out hassle-free. They both went above and beyond and I'm truly grateful. Thank you girls! 🌸🙏

Love this place! Totally a vibe and so many great amenities! Did I mention they have valet parking which is so nice.
