Maple Flats

I recently moved out of this complex. It is a great location near river market and just about everything else I like to do. It is a historical building which can come with its issues, but the property manager, Erin, does her best to ensure tenants are taken care of. Along with the beautiful building and great location, the unit itself was lovely. Hardwood flooring, my unit had been recently upgraded. They are pet friendly and have a high tech security door system.
Living here was perfect for me as I was at the end on my degree program. It was close to campus and work and they had different lease options that worked for me.

I am moving out of Maple Flats at the end of next month after living here for about 4 years. The maintenance and property managers have always taken care of me which I appreciate immensely. Quick to help me out with any issues around my apartment. Thanks for the solid 4 years!

This place is more than a place to rest your head, it's a community with a profound atmosphere of care with groundskeepers who are proactive and present either with issues or to throw community BBQ's for the residents. We thought we'd never spend holidays with family again but everyone here does together. Favorite place for my family to call home

I really like coming to stay with my dad in his apartment in the city. My uncle Keith is th grondskeeper and he's really nice. Some times they have barbeques for all of us and we have a lot of fun.

Maple Flats is a really great place to live. The maintenance staff and property manager are super easy to work with and just genuinely great people who care about the residents. I feel a sense of community here. I’ve met some really great residents here too.

As far as technical stuff, the studios are a really good size for the price... and the kitchen is really nice compared to other studios I’ve seen in the city. I was concerned about parking before moving in since the back lot had no availability... but street parking has proven to be easier than I originally anticipated!

I Used to live there for a bit of time and for the time I lived there there were not much problems at Maple Flats. The neighbors were nice, it was pretty clean , it was pretty quiet there, and maintenance and the staff were pretty good. I highly recommend it👌

I love my studio Apartment at Maple Flats! It’s very homey and quiet! I remember living in my old studio apartment I could hear my neighbors sneezing through the walls! I was very relieved that this was not a problem here. The on-site maintenance man keeps the property clean and smelling fresh he’s also a joy to run into every once in a while. I haven’t had run into any maintenance issues but if I had Rowan Property Management makes it very easy to report on their online portal.

I loved living at Maple! Management was easy to work with and they were very prompt to fix any issues/answer questions. I really applaud them for the solid communication. Maintenance was also quick to move on requests, which I haven't experienced anywhere else I've lived. I would recommend this place to any single person living in the KC area.

I’ve enjoyed living here because of the friendly neighbors, convenience to the highways, and how well priced this complex is for students, singles and different crowds alike. Keith and Abdullah have made my stay here worth it, always warm and friendly! Definitely a place to reside in if looking for a cost friendly and convenient place. Everything is updated as well and maintenance issues get resolved quickly (if you have any) lol the first place for me to renew since I’ve come to the city! They are consistently working on updates to boost the complex and make it more convenient for residents as well. Worth the time to be here. Neighborhood is surely modifying and updating with the times, don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

Great apartments for a cheap price! Love that you can set up a PIN with the app to get in without your key, and that you can pay rent online. The property manager and other on-site staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt with any and all concerns.

Really strong sense of community here at Maple Flats. This is by design, and I feel that it makes the buildings worthy of a closer look. The management not only took a full hour with me to make sure that I felt comfortable about renting here, but they have communicated well since I moved in about opportunities for the tenants to gather together and build community. This is the way all buildings should operate. I am so glad that I made this decision.

I haven't even been here a full month but I already love it so much! Maintenance is speedy with helping, the apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and the community is nice and quiet! Liz and Amanda are also super awesome and easy to work with!

All I can say is, WOW! I never had such a fantastic experience leasing an apartment sight unseen. Abdullah, the property manager, ROCKS! Abdullah is a professional and a man of his word. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure my out of town move this weekend was a smooth transition. He was patient and available to answer ALL my concerns and questions. Also, the onsite staff member, Mr. Keith, was indeed a blessing to me as well. Mr. Keith made sure my unit was ready and available. I recommend this property to anyone that desires a property manager that displays professionalism with an onsite maintenance man that provides compassion. Yes, I'm new to this apartment complex, but I already feel like I'm part of a community.

The best kept complex in the area. They've got an awesome on site grounskeeper named Keith and all of my neighbors are like family.

Pretty good place to live. It's close to downtown, the city market, and the school I go to. I recommend the place!
