The go to guys for cement tile installation and a top notch experience! When we selected cement tile for a mudroom project we knew finding a knowledgeable and experienced installer would be critical to ensuring the job was done right. Cement tile is growing in popularity in the US, but it requires super fussy install that few tile professionals in this area have a lot of experience doing. I called multiple installers in the selection process and it quickly became clear that Andrew at SDA Flooring had quite a bit of first hand experience with cement tile installation and was knowledgeable in his explanation about the process. We used SDA for three tile jobs- a bathroom, a mudroom, and a laundry room- all three were run so smoothly and seamlessly. They also installed two heated floors for us. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Super professional showroom staff and estimator as well. Kristina was wonderful to work with in the estimation and scheduling process. Highly recommend SDA and look forward to working with them again!

It was absolutely great experience with SDA flooring. I was looking for some very special style of the tile for my shower floor and walls. Our house is very old and everything is in a very stylish 50-70 Th. We wanted to remodel but make style to match. SDA flooring store has very unique, artistic tiles that are hard to find and a very big choice! Sales person was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She helped me to pick some amazing quality tile which had to be ordered from some fancy place. Decor in it was made from the beautiful shiny shells and part from stone. Pattern was beautiful. It came in time and they even delivered it! Funny thing that they brought more then we bought. I called them and they came to pick up those we didn’t order. I didn’t have drive at all. Person who they recommend made awesome neat job with heated floors and even added a decorative line at the top of the shower at no charge from some his left over tiles. All guests are impressed. They said they didn’t see such a beautiful floor in the shower before. We love it and really thankful to SDA for advices and expertise, excellent quality of the products and labor and for the great customer service. Certainly will continue doing business with them. We have 2 more bathrooms to remodel!!!

As an architect and interior designer my expectations for level of detail and quality is extremely high. The SDA Flooring team has installed tile in our new home for five bathrooms, two powder rooms, kitchen floor, foyer inlay and fireplace. My concern about execution of very complex layouts proved to be without reason. They did amazing job with unmatched attention to detail while keeping work environment clean. Theya are very well organized and easy to work with asking the right questions and willing to collaborate. I will certainly use them on our future projects and would warmly recommend to anyone in need of an excellent tile job for a reasonable price.

SDA Flooring tiled our two bathrooms and they did an amazing job. I like thin grout lines and they gapped the tile 1/16" instead of the typical 1/8". The work they did was meticulous, level, strait, finished edges, and cleaned up everything better than when they started!

We worked with Kristina during the quote and tile selection process and she was responsive, helpful, and gave good suggestions. Dennis was the lead the tile installation and kept everything running smoothly despite this being an older house with some uneven walls and floors.

I have a pleasant experience with SDA Flooring. I ordered some tiles at SDA for my bathroom floor. Since the store does not accept returns, I just ordered the amount I thought enough. When the project started, it turned out that I did not order enough. I was in trouble at that time since my contractor had a tight schedule. I called SDA Flooring to see if they could supply me the additional tiles ASAP. The lady at the store said that it would be very expensive this way. I asked her to check the cost anyway. If the shipping cost turned out too high, it would be a hard decision for me to make. The lady called back quickly and told me a good news. Since the truck for today's shipment hadn't left the site yet, they could just put my tiles to this truck without extra charge. I was very happy to pick up the second order the next day and the project turned out great.
If you can accept the policy of no returning (I think that is the way the store cut cost so they can provide its customers with good price), you will like this store for its products and service.

We had our shower, bathroom floor and trim re-tiled by SDA. Kristina came out to give the quote and was easily the most detailed and responsive of all the companies we spoke with. The price ended up being about in the middle of other quotes, and their prior work seemed high quality so we went with them.

Throughout the project Dennis was very responsive to any items or questions we raised. Their process was similar to an assembly line - different tasks involved different guys, but they were all friendly and respectful of our house. They were considerate of my schedule since I had to take time off.

We used epoxy grout with SDA. They were very responsive to touch up work after. I consider myself a bit OCD in regards to any projects, and in the end I’m really happy with the results.

You will need a plumber for the toilet and shower after the re-tiling, which is consistent with other tiling companies.

I purchased the tile through SDA - Pental (highly recommended, showroom in Seattle). They were able to offer a great deal since they were doing the install as well.

We have had SDA Flooring provide remodeling and new construction installation for us for about 10 years and they are a class act. The owners, Dennis and Andrew have a creative design sense, a great work ethic and employ skilled installers that do the best work one can ask for. It has been 8 years since SDA tile did both of the bathrooms in my house in Kirkland. Without reservation their work was the best of all the trades that came through during our remodel. The shower they built has never had a single issue. The tile work, placement, fit, finish and care are showing as superb, even to this day. This is the only place I will call in the future.

While driving past the location I decided to stop in to take a look at their options. For a relatively small shop they have a really broad selection of nice quality through very high end tiles. Prices and service were spot on and we're very happy with the hex tiles we bought and installed in our bathroom. Definitely check this shop out.
