Blue Heron Fishing

What a great experience. Had never drift fish before. Saw a 12 foot hammerhead shark along with numerous large bull sharks. Everyone was catching fish, snapper, yellow fin, Benita, it was great. Great captain and crew. Would highly recommend.

This fishing trip was one of the best experiences of our life! The crew and the captain were extremely kind and patient with teaching us newbies how to drift fish! They were attentive the entire time and their knowledge of the ocean and the beautiful fish within it was outstanding! They could name the type of fish you caught before you even pulled it out of the water. Their kindness was well noted and we will definitely come back! It was so fun and extremely beautiful. We got to watch the sunset on the boat ride back! And, if you catch a fish, they will fillet it for you. So bring a cooler if you plan to go. Don’t forget to tip this skilled and friendly crew!

It was a great day of fishing. My buddy and I went fishing with our 13 year old daughters. Between the 4 of us we brought in 33 fish.

The crew were a bunch of characters. They were funny and just carried on.

Growing up Friday nights were drift boat fishing nights with my father. He love fishing.

This boat and crew is at the top of those experiences, I have had over the years. Be it we catch fish or not.

It was clean, we moved to find new fishing grounds several times. The money spent was reasonable for the experience. Tip your crew.

Can't say enough great things about Blue Heron! We were rebooked from Jupiter to Riviera due to rough seas but we still had an amazing time! The crew was so helpful and patient. Probably the best money ever spent! Next time we make it from Nebraska I wont have to consider any other charter. Thank you!

Easy to book, boat left on time and stayed out entire time. Some people caught fish, others didn’t, that’s why it’s fishing and not catching. What made this trip was the staff was so efficient, pleasant, and made everyone laugh. They were professional and nice to new fishers and made no fuss when a few got seasick. It was a great price for 4 hours, they supply everything. We will be going back out with these guys again!

Been out with them multiple times over the years. Went out a couple times this week. Excellent service from the deckhands to the captain Johnny. The guys work their tales off to keep you fishing. Great job to everyone!! Will be back soon!!

These guys make fishing so fun!!! I had a blast on their charter. They make it so easy by baiting your lines, assisting with getting the fish in the boat, and filleting the fish back at the dock. Highly recommend them for a fun half day adventure! We spent $75per person and saved sone cash for a tip. They also have a biggest fish pool to make things more fun.

I have been on a lot of head boats, but none have came close to the this. The Captain John and his mates where absolutely fabulous. From making sure we got on fish and the patience and politeness they had on tense situations, which is a huge difference from other boats I have been on. My son and I are down from Virginia to mostly bass fish. We have a place on lake Istapoga with three boats, but we enjoyed this so much we are going again tomorrow. Keep up the great work guys, and thank you!!!

Super easy to book and easy to find. The captain made sure we were in great spots while Isaac and Sean made sure we were taken care of so we could catch as many fish as possible. My husband, myself, two of our sons (18 and 8) and our older son’s girlfriend came along. The vessel is a good size so there is plenty of space. There are separate bathrooms and an interior space to sit and chill while the captain took us to the next spot. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will be back next year!

My son and I had a great time on the charter. Most importantly, the deck hands worked super hard to ensure we had a good time and were set up for a successful fishing day. They were friendly and professional. Also, the boat was clean and in great shape. We had an excellent trip and will be back.

Awesome crew awesome fishing just an all-around great time

LOOK NO FURTHER! Captain Johnny, George, and Kyle are the best around. We did two charters. Both times they worked extremely hard for everyone to hook some fish! They even did great with the kids on each trip. Whether you are new to fishing, or a veteran, they will make sure you have a great time. They also helped us with how to best cook our catch after they cleaned it. All you have to do is show up and have a good time. You won't be disappointed! Thanks for such a great time guys!

Great Captain and crew!

These guys are always working hard to put you on fish and make sure everyone has a good time. They are very family friendly and unlike so many other boats, the crew doesn't curse like sailors and they always keep a lighthearted and upbeat atmosphere.

Of Course there are good days and not so good days fishing, just like anywhere, but when the fishing is slow these guys do their best to make sure everyone at least catches a few laughs.

Great outing to add to your vacation.

These guys were great! My son and I booked a morning trip and while we didn't catch but one fish we had such a great time with the crew we decided to go back out for the afternoon trip. We caught several more and ended leaving with about 6/7 fish. The best part was that when my son became sea sick all 3 of the men did everything they could to help him feel better and catch fish. Shawn even went so far as to give my son his personal rod to fish with and another one of the gentlemen (sadly I can't remember his name) hooked a fish and let my son reel it in. Very family friendly environment and completely appropriate for young children! Was not over crowded and the staff really was top notch! We will defiantly be back.

My son and I have been fishing from Blue Heron Fleet boats for many years. We usually go out from Jupiter (simply because it is closer to home) but have been on boats from both locations many times and have always had a great time. Usually the fishing is terrific, sometimes it's a little slow, but such are the vagaries of the ocean. The crew works very hard, they share a great sense of humor, and they are real pros ... this is why we keep coming back. I would recommend the Blue Heron Fleet to experienced anglers and first-timers alike, as their trips are a great way to spend a morning or afternoon out on the water.
