The ladies are always so friendly and efficient. I’ve watched as they deal with a lot of difficult customers and remain professional. Good job ladies!

Every time I have been in this store I am always greeted professionally and find both women to be very helpful. Love the smiles and service here.

I went to return an Amazon item there like always (so convenient!) but I forgot my phone. Kim offered for me to email the Amazon return screenshot to her there once I got home. I sent it too low resolution- she emailed back and had the patience and kindness to let me trouble them again a couple of days later via email. That’s over and above. Great experience, as always.

Went in to have a package sent out to Chi town. The store seemed relatively busy with all the clerks being occupied, however a lady who looked like the manager promptly let me know Id be taken care of and that my presence has been noted witch was great to hear seeing they looked busy. Within 5 minutes a young man named victor had me up at the counter and explaining to me all the different ways I could ship my package. He helped me choose the right fit box and find a shipping price well within my budget all in a quick, timely, and pleasant manner. Just like to say thank you to this UPS store on helping me get my mothers Bday present to her to efficiently and easy!

Kim and Bridget were beyond amazing. I came in with a very serious problem. Not only were they extremely helpful, they were extremely knowledgeable and helped me solve my problem with expertise.

First of all I want to thank Victor Garcia for being so pleasant to speak with, very apologetic and extremely helpful when my package went missing! He went above and beyond to track down my package to the extent of even calling corporate on my behalf. Unfortunately my package still has yet to be found and UPS does not want to refund the money I paid for the item in my package or the payment for it to be delivered within 3 days BUT luckily I have all the paperwork to prove they owe me a full refund and Victor Garcia has given me all of the information I need to bring in my receipts and fight to get my money back. Victor Garcia is one of the best employees at UPS that I have ever encountered! He is outstandingly polite, he graciously apologized to me excessively as if the loss of my package was his own personal fault (which it clearly was not) and exceeded my expectations! Well done Victor Garcia! If it wasn’t for you I would be on the phone with corporate cursing them out because my package had a very sentimental picture of my friend and his mother that was printed onto a blanket for her (who is in the hospital) with cancer for the second time) could always see him and her together whenever he can’t be by her side. So again thank you very much Victor Garcia for EVERYTHING that you have done to help me!

I was shipping several boxes north for the summer. When I arrived at the store, it was very busy with customers. One of the employees, Anna ( I later found out), saw me coming to the front door with several boxes piled high on my arms, she came running to the front door to help me in. I was perfectly able to open the door and wait my turn. Amazingly, she not only went out of her way to help me, but also did not neglect any of the other customers in the store. I will be back!

I have worked with the location a few times and they are always very helpful. The people at the store helped my parents (seniors) carry in a heavy box upon request and made returns as easy as possible. Would highly recommend

Always quick and efficient service. I return just about every week to Tennis Warehouse and Amazon and never had any issues. In fact, I just had a small sofa to return which arrived with a badly dented box (which was unusable for return shipping). They suggested I try a local store for some boxes and right there in the middle of the store they helped me piece together cardboard to get it wrapped and back to Amazon. They are not required to do this... it was simply their helpfulness that made that happen - otherwise I’d have had to buy packaging since Amazon didn’t give that option for this particular piece. I choose this UPS location because its closest to my house but, thankfully, it’s a pleasant experience as well.

I went to this store to print out important information for a new business I am opening called "pLace". I could tell I was going to have a great experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by 2 big smiles. I felt at home, as if I was a part of their team. I asked them to print out a sign on the off chance they provide that service. Lucky for me, UPS stores do provide big jobs like these. They gave me a quote and even gave me a visual representation of what it might look like! I was pleased to know they were able to fit my new business logo, "If you are not satisfied, then I am a puchica". Thank you for exceeding my business needs!

I have come to trust the care and service I receive at this UPS Store over the years due to one employee... Chantal . She has given me unfailing attention and gone " above and beyond "...in big and small ways. I am so grateful for her help. She greets me with a smile, in spite of knowing I may need extra help. I had a (realtively) speedy and pleasant experience here. Despite the line of people, I was helped within five minutes. Additionally, the woman who helped me was charismatic and efficient.

They have very clear COVID measures (e.g. tape on the ground noting where to stand, masks required, etc.), for those wondering.

I run a small business in town and needed to fax important legal documents. The store was due to close at 6:30, I arrived at 6:29 the store clerk Julio stayed 15 minutes late helping me fax the 15 pages. He went above and beyond. I will be back! Thanks!

The ladies were so incredibly helpful. They wrapped a very delicate package for us that could only be shipped by the Post office. They were so kind.

Very quick and efficient. Plus the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
