Starbucks

I love coming to this location. I know Starbucks is supposed to have quality control so things are the same throughout their stores… however, the drinks I’ve gotten here are the best I’ve had from any Starbucks. The staff also knows my name… and I only come through the drive thru twice a week. The staff is very nice, as well as efficient. I’m amazed at how quickly they keep that drive thru line moving - all while being very friendly and upbeat. I look forward to coming here as my “treat” to myself during the work week!

Love this location. The staff is so sweet every time I’ve been there. Orders are always correct! Very happy and highly recommend :)

Awesome Customer Service

I mostly switched from fishers men wharf location to the new Starbucks at 710 us1. I go early in the morning weekdays and a little later on the wkds. between being a new location, short staffing some days and having a drive Thur.
After being open I want to say 2 months they get an overall B+.
I expect them to be the number 1

At the drive through I had to wait for some time on the car in front of me I assumed they were just being slow giving their order. Wrong. When I finally got to place my order I did, then heard, “ ok wait there we will tell you to pull up when your order is ready.” I questioned why I was being told to not pull up m, and was told (with a rude tone) “you have to wait anyway so this is just better for us.” This made no sense to me… if I pulled up then they could take the next car’s order…. I don’t think the people working there understand customer service very well or how to efficiently run the drive through. The same thing happed to a friend a few days earlier… he didn’t understand either and was told they made him wait because if he pulled up right after placing his order their time would be slower and it would count against them….. I will go to a different location next time…..

Horrible experience at this Starbucks. Just reminded me why I prefer local coffee shops. Employees are rude and were telling us to do things I have never been asked to do at any Starbucks. When receiving my drink that was requested with light ice they barely filled it up. When asked where the rest of the drink was they told me I had to pay for it. Never going back here.

I’ve been to this location a few times when they newly opened recently and never had any issues but my most recent visit will definitely be my last. I’m not sure if the employees here are new to the hospitality industry or what the problem is, but they really need to be better trained on customer service skills and how to take orders properly/following directions.

Today on 10/4 (about 5:00pm), I drove up to the drive thru and placed my order. The girl on the speaker (curly dark brown hair) had no idea what she was doing, I had to repeat myself several times for her to understand and my order still came out wrong. When I drove up to the window, the second girl gave me my order (blonde hair with long ponytail and blue eyes with a lot of makeup on) was really rude when I politely informed her my order was wrong and that it needed to be fixed. Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake, she started to argue with me and tell me that the order was correct and what the sticker said on the cup was what I ordered. She proceeded to quickly fix my drink and then shut the window on me with no apology whatsoever. Obviously it wasn’t correct and the first employee at the speaker somehow didn’t input it correctly. I’m really not sure why it was so difficult for them to follow simple directions but the customer service overall was just ridiculous and unacceptable.

Overall just a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location.
