Pet Supermarket

Our children love going in here to see the animals. We recently brought home one of their bunny rabbits. He has been a great addition to our family! Very kind and informative staff. Always a pleasure to go in.

Shopped here for years. Never an issue. Everyone is always helpful, professional and very friendly. Prices are usually better than anywhere else, even Amazon, and for me the location couldn't be better 😊

Tyrone is without doubt the best pet store employee I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I could tell he must have been the manager with his passion alone. He is someone who you can tell genuinely cares about the people he’s helping and the animals you have. I don’t review ever, and I usually just go to the nearest pet store but with the enthusiasm he had when helping me compelled me to write this. I will only be going to that store when I’m in the area from now on. I hope someone sees this and compensates this man so he doesn't feel unappreciated. Someone like that is invaluable to a company.

The staff is FANTASTIC! Always willing to help & answer questions. Big store with a small town feel. And you never feel like you're bothering them. We love this location!!

Best place to get fish in town got a rope fish from here loaches they get a bunch of cool fish these other stores don’t usually get Tyrone will get u right🤙

All the employees are so helpful, kind and caring. They always have just what I need for 11 pets and it’s clean in the store!

They always have the cutest selection of animals - kittens, birds, bunnies, chinchillas, ferrets!

And the store is always SO clean and SO organized!

Plus the staff are happy to help you and greet you every time!

We stopped in to buy a harness for our baby girl. The employee that helped was was great .she took the time to help me put it on her. She was very sweet and helpful.

Went here looking for a Guinea pig Guinea pig for my daughter. I knew nothing about them or what I needed. The going girl at the front was a blessing. She was so happy to help and was just as excited as we were. She had two of her own and helped us get everything we needed. When we left my daughter said “too bad it’s Covid...I wanted to hug that lady”. She made my little girl very happy. The store was super clean, organized and the animals looked very loved.

Customer service is this location is amazing. They price match online so we always try to stop in to get our dogs treats from this location. They go above and beyond. This is how it used to be in all stores. Thank you for awesome customer service.
