Mark cash has been my FFL for ~7 years, and has always provided excellent service. He provides each client an private appointment for each transaction, where he devotes 100% of his attention to that clients business- no waiting in a busy shop for service. I can't think of even one time where he was even slightly late. Mark manages to do great charity work, in addition to raising a young family, and having two professional jobs. I've considered him a good friend since early on. Mark recently requested assistance with some inappropriate reviews, and Google wiped all reviews from his account. He had to contact clients, and ask that they re-post, in case the review dates are confusing.

You just need to be aware they don’t operate out of a traditional storefront with blazing signs advertising their location.
They operate out of a professional office building.
And there are advantages to that location as a buyer.
