I felt compelled to give this shop a round of applause. Natalie has been so forthcoming and helpful to me every time I visit and I’m totally new to firearms. The shop itself is the perfect size, I walked in and felt there was plenty of selection but not overwhelming at all. I was able to purchase my first firearm there and I’m super excited.

This is my go to spot - I haven’t found customer service or competitive pricing in the area to match it yet. Love that they don’t hold your hand and pounce on you when you walk in but if you have a question they are highly knowledgeable and friendly!!

I purchased a firearm online and went to this shop for a FFL transfer. In and out within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and are very attentive. Was taken care of as soon as I walked in. Highly recommend.

Great selection of firearms to buy in store. I used them as an FFL transfer for orders I bought online. I was in and out very quickly (as quickly as you can be with paperwork and background checks) and the team there was very nice and informative. Would recommend if you are in the area

These folks are good down to earth people. If your looking or spending, you will get treated the same. Bought my first hush hush machine from them and it was so simple. Great variety of ammo and firearms.

As a first time gun buyer, the staff was great. I had been shooting before years ago but have never owned a firearm. The staff was really personable from the owner, Matt, to Rob and Tannis (hope I spelled that right).
It can be a bit intimidating purchasing your first pistol and Tannis helped me the whole way. He answered all my questions and gave great details. And it’s always awesome when the owner and people who work there are friendly! Made my first purchase and walked out extremely happy based on the recommendations I got from Tannis. I’ll absolutely be back again!!

These guys are awesome! I was looking for something for home defense and they pointed me in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable and polite and helped me find the right gun to fit my needs.. This will definitely be my go to gun shop.

I came in and was able to get my AR10 parts for my new build, I also had some questions regarding my build as it will be suppressed. They helped me make they best choice for what I wanted to do with my project.

I highly recommend Kingwood Guns for both people who are looking to get their first firearm and have some questions and for those that are experienced and not wanting to hear a sales pitch and BS.

I went in to see if the smith could help me with my rifle and it was a great experience. I cant recall the young man's name but he was a very helpful individual and the price was awesome. I did have to wait a bit but thats because a wave of people had come in and all employees were doing their best to help everyone. So I really didn't mind the wait at all especially since I literally just walked in myself I didn't even expect them to service my rifle that day but they did. I enjoyed my visit and will be continuing to do business with them.

Always my go to gun store, the fact that you can handle everything unassisted is nice. Unlike the chain stores where you have to wait behind a counter for assistance. I will keep buying from KWG

Man where should I start best experience I’ve ever had at a gun shop ma boi Chris helped me out so much showed me around the gun shop let me know about every weapon I picked up and he knew almost everything about them. bro was very helpful and respectful even recommended me attachments and ammo for the gun I bought that day. Im for sure coming to this gunshop again

Woke up this morning and thought - “I am going to be a gunsmith today!” Hence, I managed to get a pivot pin stuck and it was beating me like I owed it money! Went to Kingwood guns (a hidden gem in the community) and they corrected my issue on the spot! Great staff - pleasant and friendly! Will be back!!

This place seemed to have family vibes when I walked in. It didnt take long before I was greeted and assisted. I had an issue with a particular pistol and they managed to fix it within minutes. The wait and process of it all felt completely painless. They also have a nice assortment of guns and accessories I haven't seen in other stores. I will definitely be returning to shop around. The first time going into this establishment and with the smiling staff and warm and quick greeting was very nice. I found this place by accident looking all over for a certain firearm. I sent a online message through the website and someone from the store called but I missed it roughly within a hour of sending the message. I called back and a gentleman answered the phone. I informed him what I was looking for and he confirmed it was their. I came out to the store a few days later and I was lucky they still had what I was looking for. They had many patrons in the store as one gentleman was answering all the questions a group of folks had. These really nice ladies attended to me and my wife needs and the ladies did not disappoint with sharing knowledge of the firearm I was interested in and with many other questions we had. We recently purchased a firearm from big chain Cabelas and were disappointed with the time it took to get someone's attention to trying to complete the purchase was such a disappointment . Kingwood guns blew my expectations out of the park. What a fast process while getting educated on what is going on around us. I will either purchase my next product from these folks or order a new one into this establishment.
