Talk about customer service? Desiree is awesome. On more than one occasion now has she has been able to help me from having a extremly difficult time to a complete cake walk. Something so complex, (due to my current situation) was somehow transformed into something of simplicity while i was trying to hurriedly store all of my things and feel confident about the security of my belongings thanks to her. Marlene was so amazing! I needed to upgrade my storage unit to a bigger one and Marlene was so friendly and helpful and answered the tons of questions I had. She even took the time to show me a couple of units, all with a great attitude! You can tell she cared and really tried accommodating to my needs, which I ended up with exactly what I needed including the perfect size and location!
