Vladimir was really cool guy. I thought I broke my CPU cooler and after he fixed it, he didn't even charged me. I would like to visit him again every time I have problem from now on. Highly recommend this place and Vladimir.

I contacted theses guys for a computer repair, turned out they fully support computer networks for small to mid-size businesses. They have upgraded our mail servers and found some problems with the network in our business. Great job. I will definitely call them again.

I am writing an additional review because Vlad has referred to me as a scapegoat. My daughter unexpectedly required open heart surgery, and I reached out to him to apologize for any inconvenience caused. Despite the circumstances, he has threatened to keep my $2,500 laptop since it has been over 30 days. In the future, should there be any further misrepresentations, I will be compelled to share our text message exchanges publicly to clarify the situation. It's important to handle such matters with integrity, Vlad.
Despite my frustration, I told him to keep the laptop because I didn't want to deal with his terrible customer service + on top of that he told me I would have to pay for diagnostics, (which he said is free but now I have to pay?) I have all the screen shots.

Interactions started out great, I had a family emergency come up (daughter had open heart surgery), I then apologized telling him what was going on. He then told me he has to scrap it because its been more then 30 days, which means he gets to keep it. This is a $ 2500 apple laptop. After that he then told me I would need to pay for initial diagnostics, Which according to his website policy " Diagnostics and estimates are free."
