Amazing place! Thank you so much to Randy and the guy who greeted me at the store (sorry I don't know your name but your service was great too!) Randy was amazing about giving me calls and updates about my PC as he worked on it. Not only was he incredibly nice and informative through the process, he was also very straight with me about what could be done and answered all of my extra questions. The price for repairs is more than fair, no overcharging or fees that don't make sense. They were so quick about getting it done, faster than I would have assumed, it was done same day. As a woman, sometimes you worry about situations in repair places where you might be treated differently but everyone here was really incredible and any time I need anything done, I will definitely be going back and recommending this place to everyone else.

My company has worked with PC Repair center for many years. They have diagnosed and repaired many problems quickly and efficiently. They rebuilt 2 gamer computers and am still using them They built a new hi-performance graphics machine that is killer. They have helped us multiple times with remote sessions. They are knowledgeable, professional with fast turnaround. They are straight shooters. You won't go wrong. Their team is terrific.

Had a PC upgrade project that was a little above my head, so I brought it to PC Repair Center. I'm glad I did, because it took a few changes of plans to get where I wanted to end up, Andrew and the staff were very good at communicating through each change. The day I came to pick up my upgraded PC was a day after I had minor surgery, and they even carried the PC to the car for me!

I've used them before for repairs to our office computers, but this time they really went above and beyond. Thanks a lot guys! I was already a return customer but you've got a customer for life.

Fast turn around, was honest about the problem even though it was a simple fix and they could have told me anything. Turned my $1700 paperweight into an $1800 gaming PC and even did up the cable management all nice and tight.

I have come to the PC Repair Center several times in the past few years. Not having your computer work is so challenging and the guys at PC Repair Center have saved the day every time! Even easy things like my reason for going in yesterday. My computer had been freaking out intermittently (the worst!) as though someone else was controlling it with windows popping up, things moving, and just bouncing from one thing to the next. I thought it was a virus and so went in to get them to clean things up. But, Andrew was 99% certain is was my touchscreen. He helped explain my options for servicing or said he could just turn off the touchscreen and my problems would likely end. So, that's what we did! No charge! The peace of mind and simple solution were great! Every time I've gone, they take care of things! I highly recommend!

The Oceanside tech team are an amazing crew! I'm posting this for all baby boomers as well as others who did not grow up with computers and who do not know the savvy fixes for finding data that all of a sudden disappears from your screen. These guys are sharp, courteous, and will, on the spot, save you from hours, if not days, of distress. Their services are understated in a world that moves so fast. When one slightest computer flaw or smart phone error can bring everything in our world to a screeching halt, these guys are like immediate CPR. And for the more severe cases of computer blow out, knowing these guys exist, is huge peace of mind . Thank you Andrew!

These guys are pillars of exceptional professionalism. Knew what they were talking, gave me the comfort of being able of doing things on my own, answered every question and just have good vibes and are overall great people. No matter the distance, but especially if youre lucky enough to have a problem and theyre in the immediate area; these guys cannot only figure what your problem is in less than an hour but can probably fix it all in that hour. If i could give these guys anything higher than 5 measly stars i would but the 5 star'll do. Thanks Richard and Drew!

My phone was crushed, like literally by cars, before a Good Samaritan found it. Fortunately, the internal parts were still good and it was only my screen that was broken into a million pieces. I was able to track it using iPhone tracker and brought it to PC repair center. Javier fixed it like a pro and I’m leaving a review using the repaired phone for a job well done! Thanks again.

I brought in a laptop with a bad battery. They diagnosed it promptly and fixed it cheaply! They showed me the price of the new battery and explained how they would fix the other issues.

Work was done with no issues and the laptop has been running great. They even disposed of the old lithium ion battery! Great job!

Javier is a genius!!! In less than half a day, he had my 10 year old computer working better than ever before!!! I thought it had crashed and I'd have to buy another computer for thousands of dollars considering all of my Adobe programs and I couldn't bear the thought of losing all my thousands of photos!!!

I am thrilled beyond words and will recommend Javier to everybody I know ~ he's a quick-working, very thorough GENIUS!!!

Got my Dell All-In-One back from PC Repair and it runs better than when I first bought the thing! I mean, WAAAAY BETTER! I'm so glad they were working through the quarantine, otherwise I'd be up a creek. Thanks so much for the great service and for installing the new 'hard drive' or whatever it was that you said was better than a hard drive ... because it is!! Now my video and audio work without any problems like it didn't before and that's not even the reason why I brought the thing in. I love my computer now. It's better than brand new <3 You're the best! ( And the picture of me is old. My hair is white now) :D

I have used PC repair center for the last 4 years.
They have been professional, advised me appropriately and are exceedingly cost conscious, aware that it may just be better to buy a new computer versus fix a device that has costly parts.
Highly recommended.

The staff at PC Repair Center are very knowledge. I had lost all the pictures from daughter's birth. I was heartbroken. My husband remembered he had backed them up on an external drive from an old Apple G5. The drive had not been touched in years. They told me my options but made no guarantees. Woohoo!! Not only did they retrieve the pictures, they also recovered 20GB of music. The turn around time was very quick, and completed by the promise date. The price was more than reasonable. They took the time to show me how to access the flash drive. I highly recommend this shop.

Andrew has excellent customer service skills and the company retrieved the data from my hard drive very quickly and efficiently. I was not in a hurry, my main concern was retrieving the data, and doing it securely.
Andrew went out of his way to make sure my data was secure, and I am sure he treats all of his clients with that high customer service effort.

This joint is full of computers needing repair, but the serviceman took time to make me feel looked after. I came in and thought I would just drop my computer off and leave quickly after sharing my issues with the representative. Instead, he took time to talk to me and go through my problem as well as several iterations of troubleshooting which actually resulted in fixing the problem in about ten minutes and I was out of there problem solved!
I cannot say this will be the case for everyone, but they are good at making you feel like a valued customer even though it appears they get plenty of traffic through there.
I would go there again.

I took my Sons computer in for a no post issue that I was unable to figure out .They quickly diagnosed the problem and had my computer back to me sooner than anticipated . The team also cleaned / repasted the cpu for me as well . Which was tricky due to what I was told was corroded bolts holding the fan/cpu to the MB .

The whole team is a great professional group of people that enjoy what they do.

Had a PC with issues and brought it into the shop. I told them I was pretty sure it was a RAM issue— I didn't have any spare sticks so I was hoping they could do a quick RAM swap and test. End up having to pay for a full $50 full service because of policy, come back later to pick it up, they tell me it's a RAM issue after all. So I go buy the new sticks of RAM, swap out the sticks, still no dice. After some of my own troubleshooting (didn't want to spend another $50) figure out I need a new motherboard as well. Buy the motherboard, hook everything up with the new RAM, everything is good to go. Out of curiosity, I stick the old sticks of RAM back in, everything works fine.

TL;DR told them I might have a RAM issue, pay $50 for them to tell me it's true, then find out RAM was fine the entire time and that it was a motherboard issue.

EDIT: The store contacted me about getting a refund shortly after, and just got my money back with no hassle. Great customer service, unfortunate things didn't work out.

Had my Dell laptop in for keyboard replacement because my cat peed all over it. Andrew was very corteous and accommodating and the techs did an A+++ job by replacing the keyboard while I waited at the shop. Much cheaper than buying a new computer. I will recommend PC Repair Center to everyone. Thanks again!!!!

Sam and his team are always great. I have been going to PC Repair for almost 13 years. I can always rely on them for my computer and technical needs

I have an older Lenovo laptop and was having an internet browsing issue. Though I was in need of a new laptop and after I visited the gentleman working on Saturday, 10-9-2021 around lunchtime(sorry did not catch his name), he fixed my issue in a matter of seconds and did not even charge me! I high recommend this shop and will be back when I am in need of repairing my computer! Thank you!
