Rancho Carlsbad Golf Course

This is a great hidden gem! Great course to work on your short game and it's in perfect condition right now. Super polite staff and helpful and the added bonus is great food at the food truck. Definitely suggest the breakfast burrito.

This facility is great for the family and all skill levels (large driving range, putting/chipping green and fun 18 hole layout). Awesome staff, grill, and drink selections. My boys enjoy going to Coach Travis’s mini golfers class. He brings a variety of games, drills and stories to each class. Check out his classes and free assessment!

I love the driving range here, usually not busy during the day when I go over at my lunch time. Well kept for such a small course. Great for beginners and all the staff are friendly. Would recommend checking out if your looking for a range that’s mot mats only. They do have mats as well though.

Fun course for beginners. Very short 8 iron or higher is all you need.

Love this little course! Perfect for someone who is just learning (me) and my husband who golfs a ton loves it too. The staff has been super friendly as well and the people playing the course are all patient and no one seems to be taking it too seriously.

I live right down the street and it is awesome to have a driving range and short course so close. The staff is very friendly and the place has a great laid back, family atmosphere. They've done a lot of work lately to improve and maintain the grass range which is hard work considering how much action it gets. I also recommend the golf lessons and classes put on by Travis of Raising Golfers. My 4 year old daughter takes the fun golf classes and loves them.

Great little practice facility. One of the few ranges in North County that you can hit off grass any day of the week. The putting green is a little small and can get crowed, but if you want to just hit balls at the range on either grass or mats it's the best we have around.

Food and drink are also decent priced. In the summer they have live music near the clubhouse.

An awesome course with super chill vibes. We hit the range for a while and then did some foot golf. Prices and flexibility are the highlight. It may not be a pga course or anything but its the kind of place that should be everywhere.

My husband has been a member here for almost six years. Gena, Barry and all the staff are professional, helpful and so friendly. Good par 3 course, full 18 holes, plenty of challenges to enjoy.

Friendly and supportive place for juniors and beginners of all ages to have fun playing and learning golf. Chill vibe, good food and drink, reasonable prices. The Golf Academy at Rancho is amazing too, a great way to get beginners introduced to golf. Nothing else like it in the local area!

Coach Travis brings a fresh, creative and fun approach to golf. He gives clear examples and goals to help make range time more effective.

The range here is great as it is completely flat with real grass if you prefer over mats. As well, a quick 9 or 18 holes is challenging and quick. I recommend the affordable monthly pass too!

Great course for advanced golfers to practice the short game. Even better for new golfers looking to have fun and improve their skills. They also have Footgolf which is so much fun for groups of friends to spend an afternoon outside. The Deli has really good sandwiches too! I would recommend this course to everyone including non golfers.

Rating for the driving range.. pretty cheap nice and easy to setup. You can even hit off grass. There's also a pro you can setup lessons with... No frills there's a small putting green and a par 3 course.

For a small little golf course they have a great little driving range good snacks and beverages fun for the whole family highly recommend you take them there any chance you get. Plus they have soccer golf I do believe.

This is one of the more “chill” golf places in the area. I enjoy the vibe and will always drive a little farther to go here over the places closest to me.

The perfect casual golf venue. Ideal location. Walk, pull, or hop a ClubCar. Great staff. Good vibes. Driving Range, Pro Shop and great little Deli! Nestled in a slight hollow, Rancho Carlsbad Golf Course has its own microclimate. No matter the weather anywhere else, it always seems better here.

A community course, under super player friendly policies, that welcomes all players, from beginners to retirees, and scratch players looking to sharpen their short game scoring skills. Has a really cool North County Coastal Hill Country vibe to it, yet within 15 minutes of anywhere in Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas and San Marcos.

Great staff. Well managed par 3 course. Whether you're a first timer or a seasoned pro, they'll take care of you. Really like their sandwiches, the kind staff, and the fact that they're always improving the place.

Great course for you and the fam and even better food at the Gimme Grill. Seriously phenomenal cannot recommend enough🔥
