Purchased a piece of equipment on FB market place. Several days after purchase called to find out why it has not shipped. The person I talked to said we need to see if we have that in stock I will call you the next morning. No communication from them. Almost 2 weeks, and several phone calls later I get a message that they do not have the item in stock. They did issue a full refund but why did it take 2 weeks for them to figure it out and why is the item still listed? Poor communication
