I bought some shoes here recently and noticed they had a slight flaw.. I took them up there and Davon was so helpful. He returned those and got the replacement pair ordered for me. I'm so excited to get my other pair and will definitely be back! Vans backs up their products!

It was great I haven't skated in 13 years. I actually went for my son 2yr birthday pair of shoes Daniel helped me out also assured me if I got wrong size they would swap it. Well I got wrong size lol and they did just that. Glad to see skaters still support and look out for one another!! Definitely go it's great service.

Went to this place, picked up some $80 shoes and a dope Wake&Bake shirt. A dude named Xavier helped me pick out the kicks and laced em up. Awesome guy. I'm writing this review purely for Xavier. I was gonna fill out the survey they give ya to talk up my man but I lost my receipt. 10/10

My nephew wears the shoes here. The young, red headed gentleman was wonderful. He was helpful and made everything a breeze. We went in for a pair of shoes and wound up buying 3 shoes and some sandals. He might have done his job too well ;)

Spoke with Sara Manning. I am not a customer but still helped me with my quest that has taken me 2 weeks. My grandmother’s watch broke and I had been trying to reach a guy in one of the local kiosks. She went above and beyond by writing down my info and finding the guy as he was closing up. I am more than grateful for what she has done to help. I puke highly recommend this employee for literally anything. Will be filling out a survey on the Vans website too.

This review is for your employee ALEXIS!!! I called several locations looking for “The Bouviers” Marge, Patty, & Selma Vans for my fiancé who is a huge Simpsons fan. I called these Vans stores; Hulen, Ridgmar, The Parks Mall, The Galleria, Mesquite and not a SINGLE one of them offered to help me find the shoes. I also called stores that sell Vans shoes to find this specific pair, and I had no luck. :(

Finally, I called this location and got Alexis on the phone and she offered to call around for me. Not even 5 minutes later she called back and told me what location had them! She really outshines her peers and offers fantastic above and beyond customer service. I am beyond grateful for her help because something that already took hours she helped me with in just a few minutes. Thank you Alexis!!! :D you really made my day and I’m so grateful!!
