Wonderful new and reconditioned appliances! Fantastic friendly service and amazing prices! Have purchased appliances from Abe for years. Cannot recommend MacFarlane's enough!!!!

These guys are great. We bought a new pair of Samsung Washer/Dryer back in 2019 from them. Great Price by the way. This morning the dryer stopped working (these things run non stop so it is understandable) I called McFarlane's and was told that they are pretty booked up and it may be a week before they can come out. I explained what it was doing and he thought it was a simple fix and said he would try to fit us in. 2 hrs later BJ arrives and in 15 min he had the tensioner pulley replaced and she was running like a top again. That is crazy customer service! I don't understand some of the bad reviews they get. I highly recommend and I will be purchasing new from McFarlane's when this pair bites the dust(hopefully a long time from now).

My dryer stopped working this weekend. I went to McFarlane this morning and he set me up with a newer model used dryer for under 200. He also gave me a discount for my husband being retired military. I've had phenomenal experience with McFarlane

Over the years we purchased a few appliances from Abe at McFarlane's and had a couple repairs that was also done quickly and efficiently. A couple years ago I went to his store complaining that my dryer was taking too long to dry (with a self diagnosis that the heater must be going out). He calmly said "it's not your dryer, it's your vent, it's clogged if you have never had it cleaned out ". He gave me a recommendation for a company to have the vent cleaned, and TA-DA, it work perfectly again. They are fair, reliable and timely. They sell new and used appliances of many types and brands. Thanks Abe for making our lives a little easier 😊

Since our first service we'ver been stopped in and bought a used refridgerator for the garage and a teriffic new LG dishwasher. Great service and fair price. Highly recommend!

Same day service call to repair our LG dryer. Abe was helpful on the phone, BJ was nice when he arrived for the repair. Overall, reasonable cost, a good experience, we'll be back!

My refrigerator was not cooling. McFarlane's appliance technician came out within an hour, fixed the problem, reasonable charge and now it works great!!

Washer would not start, had a bad start capacitor, the gentleman troubleshot the unit as bad. He had another unit available, I bought and installed it, operation checked great. Awesome place to do business. Machine is working like new. 5 stars

Received same day service for our LG washer that had an “LE” error. They didn’t try to inflate what was necessary and just replaced a faulty hall sensor at a fair price. Other places tried to get me to get a new motor for much more.

Abe provided exceptionally speedy service for us. Brought in dryer to his shop and he had it fixed same day, and at reasonable cost too. Thank you sir!

When our 13 year old dryer went down, we researched and were prepared to change the entire control panel. The part alone would be around $300. McFarlane's came out and fixed it without having to change out any parts, and simply charged us for the trip out! They are great and so very fair!
