The associates were so helpful as well as nice. They made filling out the application for HEAP so easy for me. Definitely a useful program for anyone who is dealing with a hot summer or cold winter using the A/C or heater and costing you money on the PG&E bill. Such a fabulous resource and at this building, they help you right at the front desk. The lobby is quite small however, they do help out individuals and families both out with getting the paperwork, if you have any questions and even submitting/handing in your papers to the front desk as well. Especially in these really financially tough inflation spikes, I highly suggest that if you have a PG&E shut off notice on your bill which they help with as well (that certainly does not disqualify you from the program) or if you just need a little boost of a credit on your PG&E bill to help you maintain your bill, you can still qualify here. Come on down or give them a phone call. The process does take quite a while to process if you don't have a shut off notice like 2-6 weeks due to priority lists for the ones that have shut off notices currently, so that just means that if you don't want to wait until you get a shut off notice on your bill to apply, definitely do so asap. If you can afford making your monthly payments with no problems, then I would suggest not getting on the program if you don't need it, but if you do, then don't delay.
