Love this store! I have purchased several pairs of boots there. All of the associates are great and knowledgeable. The store manager, Preston Cole, in particular really knows his product, his materials and his sizes and asks a lot of questions so you end up buying what you want to wear, not what he’d like to sell. I’ll be back!

I just got my first two pairs of boots!
This place is amazing, from the nice products they have to the very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people working there. It was recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed! Everything, the whole experience was amazing! Thank you!

I called Tecovas to see if they had women's size 12, which can be hard to find. Jack was super nice and told me they had them. When I got there, I instantly fell in love with a pair of boots. Jack and the staff were amazing, and Jack even gave me a water to go. It was such a great experience! 😄👢

I absolutely LOVE my Tecovas. I've had them 2 weeks, already broken in. The folks working helped me pick out the boot that best suited my lifestyle. Tecovas will be the only boots I ever buy again.

I had yet to visit this Tecovas yet and I had by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was truly a privilege to witness the amazing staff and how knowledgeable each and every one of them were; especially John.

I think that this is some of if not the best customer service I have ever recieved. I was able to joke around and have an overall good time. Hallie was super talkative and very attentive to me and was overall a great to be in the presence of. It’s extremely obvious that they take their job very seriously and yet still have a blast doing what they’re doing.

They were very knowledge on all of their products and to top it all off I recieved a fantastic boot shine, Lincoln has truly perfected the craft. I thought I could only get a shine like that in an airport, and it was free no less! I definitely will be back as soon as I get the chance! Thanks again!

I have been to this store multiple times with a particular boot in mind to buy. The staff is so helpful and nice. They treat me like a friend, not a customer. I love this store and their workers. Special shout-out to Linkoln and the blonde girl that has been there the two times I’ve been. I feel bad for not knowing her name, but I can assure you she is great and super sweet. These two employees exceed any/all standards in my opinion.

Yee-haw! This was my crew's first experience in a Tecovas, because I had my eye on a particular pair of boots I found online and the customer service in this store was exceptional, so I had to leave a review! The associates were beyond kind to my girls, Nicole helped locate my style/size from another store and her and this other beautiful soul topped off our day with a nice ranch water drinky. Thankful for a place in OKC that feels welcoming and fun. ONLY wish was that these boots were made in the USA!

I worked with Thomas on a belt order for my groomsmen and it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. On par with ever other experience I’ve had with Tecovas. Amazing brand!

I had the pleasure of having Linkoln assist me and he knew each size and collection inside and out. His product knowledge was impressive. This was my first time purchasing a Tacovas product and he has made me a life long customer. The level of customer service was impressive.

We came to visit OKC and couldn’t leave without taking the opportunity to visit. We were greeted by friendly staff and biscuits for our dogs. They had some of their fall selections on display, and a beautiful assortment of boots and clothing.
In addition to helping us find some things to take home, they threw in some koozies, and even educated us on Oklahoma tornado procedures. We really appreciated the friendly and informative staff, and were excited to get to visit the store in person, after having shopped with the brand online for a couple years.

I went to Tecovas to purchase a birthday present for my husband on a short notice. The staff was warm, professional and accommodating. My husband's boots had to be ordered so I was prepared to give him the receipt for his birthday. To my surprise, his boots arrived on time for his birthday celebration. Thank you for your prompt attention to the little things!!!

Wow if I could give 6 stars I would! Coming to this store was one of the very few reasons I came to town from chicago and it didn’t disappoint. The customer service was top notch, informative fun and friendly. A personal shout out to Preston, Sammy, Luke and Sebastian helping my fiancé pick out her first pair of boots and a gift for dad. The drinks were an extra special touch. Preston even went above and beyond and found us a spot to get our boots cleaned up before a wedding we are attending in Arkansas. Again can’t say enough about this store!! Earned a customer for life.

One of the very few western wear stores I actually enjoy shopping in… Customer service is prioritized in a very relaxed environment. Associates are very knowledgeable about their products. Also, Tecovas makes great boots!

This boot is awesome and fits well! The leather makes my whole closet smell amazing! The store itself is worth the trip alone and the guys who work there are super cool and treated me well. I have my eye on my next pair already!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience here. The staff and quality of products is superb. If you need a quality leather belt or a new pair of boots I would recommend Tecovas any day.

First and foremost, ya'll are so kind. Everyone on staff talked to me, not in a weird pushy way, like you're just checkin' in and chatting. Second, the vibe of this store is incredible. If you walk in even thinking about buying these boots, just go ahead and be prepared to leave with them. The staff is informative about how they should fit, no one got mean/rude when I wanted to try on multiple pairs, and holy cow the product itself really is something incredible. Thanks for getting me into my first pair of cowgirl boots Tecovas OKC, I'll definitely be back.

Love this place, bought my first pair of Tecovas and quality is not enough descriptive. Must see and feel how well they are made. The customer service is great. Veterans and those in service still, are extremely welcomed, they give us a appreciation discount too.

Fantastic selection with better customer service. There is no better place to buy your boots. Complimentary boot shines as well. They went above and beyond to take care of me throughout my exchange process. Highest regards for quality/craftsmanship as well as customer service and a positive boot buying experience.

Great store and great brand. I've been wearing their boots for 2 years and had never been to one of their stores. Was in OKC for other stuff today but took the time to drop in and just check the place out. Planning a new boot purchase in the next couple months and I'll probably make the drive down just to buy them in person.
