No Frills Diner On 25th

Good attentive service, great atmosphere and the food was scrumptious. The Coca-Cola displays were by the bathrooms and was quite interesting. The wait was quite long and unexpectated, but was worth the Ling wait.

Oh my! This place is amazing. Better be hungry when you show up. Huge portions and everything had so much flavor.

The food was absolutely phenomenal! The Eggs Benedict was just the right amount if cooked, the egg still soft and runny, ham had a good flavor and the English muffin was well toasted. The biscuits were very fluffy and buttery with a nice saltiness. The Chili Verde Fries were delicious as well, it had a lot of peppers and a good amount of pork throughout. The Stuffed French Toast with Strawberries was also incredible, the custard it was stuffed with was sweet and creamy, the whipped cream was real and fresh and the strawberry syrup was very bright and sweet. Our waitress was friendly and fast. Overall a great place to eat.

11/10 honestly. we were looking for a brunch spot and decided on this place; and we’re so glad we did. service was fast, everyone was kind, and the restaurant was clean inside. I got the breakfast burrito smothered with country gravy and i’ve never even thought to do that and it was one of the best burritos i’ve ever eaten. The chili verde omelette was equally delicious. if your looking for a place, you won’t be disappointed!🍽

This place is fantastic! Massive portions, reasonable prices, and excellent service. Our waiter was named Ross, and he was great as well. I will be returning here soon! I ordered the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns, eggs, and French toast. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely delicious! My besties and I tried this place today for brunch and left completely satisfied. I had the peach cobbler stuffed French toast, which was absolutely divine. I had a side order of sausage links as well and I would say they were some of the best sausages I’ve ever had. Also, the vibe is very cute. 10/10 would recommend.

So yummy... we arrived at 9 am for breakfast it was not busy when we arrived. When we were leaving it was busy.

Yum, yum!! Breakfast burrito with ham, sausage, bacon. The eggs were fluffy and soft. The green chili country gravy is yummy with a touch of heat. Huge portion.
The country fried steak, sunny side eggs, toast, hashbrowns. Huge portion, breading was crunchy and flavorful without masking flavor of the steak. Eggs were cooked perfectly.
French toast was soft on the inside with a lite crunch on the outside. Side of fruit was fresh, and plentiful
The server was attentive without being a pest.
The food was served hot, fresh and oh so delicious.
We started with a creme de mente shake was huge!! Yummy.
You must try this place!! This will be a return visit for more tasty food.
Back again. Had the onion rings... these are amazing! Crunchy yet thin batter. Hand made. You have to try these!! Blt with tots, French toast. Another great visit!!

My daughter and I got the stuffed French toast, peach and strawberry and it was amazing. The scones were huge! And very good. Can't wait to go back for lunch. The staff was so friendly ❤ we went to another place close to their business and No Frills blew them outta the water in food, service and price! Go try them out!

Been to this little gem twice now. I have enjoyed my time here both times. They have a bunch of chili verde dishes and there chili verde dip and their chili verde country gravy is just delicious. They are a little slow, but it is to be expected as they have a smaller staff and with the weird world that is COVID 19. I got their breakfast burrito with chili verde the first time and then their country fried steak and gravy. Both were really good. The burrito being more of my favorite but still good.

Such good food!!! The best fried chicken I’ve ever had and you definitely get what you pay for! The deep fried mushrooms were amazing and huge!! The staff was really pleasant, the music was fun too! The jalapeño burger was amazing and we loved that they melt the cheese on top of the peppers to keep it all together! We will most definitely come back for breakfast!!!

We've been going here for years, so glad they moved to a closer location to us on 25th. The chili Verde is amazing, it's so good you can buy it in a quart. It's been busy every time I've been, takes a little while to get in, once your order is taken I've never waited more then 15-20min for my food to come. This trip we had the 10oz country fried steak (beef) and Monte Cristo sandwich w/ Chili Verde smothered fries. 5/5 absolutely amazing ✨✨✨. I've also enjoyed the breakfast burrito (has chili Verde inside), omelet, and pancakes. The only thing I've had here that I didn't like is a side dish, funeral potatoes. I really think they ran out of the chesse they normally use to make it, our server said its a homemade cheese sauce. With how good everything else is and this cheese sauce being the worst tasting chesse sauce I've ever put in my mouth, I have to believe it was store bought because they ran out or something, it really was terrible. I'm glad I tried it towards the end because.... well.... I'm sure you get the idea. I did let our server know how terrible the sauce was, to hoped save someone else mouth from being accosted by that "flavor ".

It was one of the best country fried chicken I've had in Utah. Onion rings the most amazing! Portions are ginormous! Can't wait to come back and have some more.

5 Stars, WOW, very impressed, food was excellent, the special today was the stuffed French toast, with apples and carmal, topped with whipped cream..... OMG this was the best flavor money could buy.... The Chicken and Waffles were also as impressive, the flavor of the fried chicken it self was off the hook, WOW.... I can't say this enough, WOW..... This was our first of what I see as many more stops, I can only hope the rest of the menu is this great....

We went to lunch at No Frills Diner on 25th in Ogden and holy yum! I had the Lunch Stack (country fried steak on grilled Texas toast, topped with mashed potatoes, corn and country gravy). It was ginormous, I could only eat half! My husband had the Texan. It’s a country fried steak sandwich. The bread is Texas toast and the country fried steak is topped with aioli, grilled onions, house sauce, lettuce and tomato. He got the onion rings with it and it was incredible how many they gave him! We can’t wait to go back many many times and try the whole menu!!

I loved this place! Ok, so honestly, I've only eaten here twice. But my God! Every time is spectacular!
I chose the Big Sexy Burger, and I'm telling you, best sandwich I've had in a LONG time!!! The onion rings I chose for my side were a fabulous choice for the day as well! Huge onion slices with deep breading on them, and the dipping sauce was perfect for them.
My Wife chose the breakfast burrito, and opted for the green chili gravy on it. GREAT choice btw!
For dessert, we splurged and shared a cinimon roll and a stuffed scone. Both were amazing and just the right amount!
BE WARNED! The portions are GIGANTIC! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Excellent breakfast delicious food a little understaffed but still managed to take care of every customer in a very reasonable time frame. Love this place so musch.

Service was beyond kind and super friendly. The food was pretty decent and the price was just right. A quick yet good bite for 25th Street!

Do yourself a solid and eat there. Food is wrong it's so good. Been there twice. Brunch and dinner. Both great service,food and atmosphere. Its No Frills but in all the right ways.
