Had my passport photos here. Much better service than the CVS down the street. I actually left CVS for to its rude employee, and came to Walgreens!

I get it, replacing or renewing a passport can cost upwards of $200, so a $16 photo might seem like a drop in the bucket.
$16 for a passport photo, however, is an extreme rip off, abusive and just wrong. Given the cost of a 5x7" is under $1, I cannot fathom what would justify having a 2x2" photo be so grossly overpriced. It is the same material, the same equipment, so the only reason that I see is Walgreens taking advantage of their customers.

After a 50+ min pharmacy hold time for a simple question, I hung up and called the store hoping someone could get a quick answer from him. I was put on hold for 11 min and then the call was disconnected on their end. I called back twice only to be transferred to the pharmacy and to have them disconnect the call after about a min of rings.

Truly disgraceful. I’ve heard countless reports about the male pharmacist who works here at night being the rudest human alive, and I suppose I can confirm that now.

As a nurse who has to frequently take his call, I should add, patience is not his strong suit.

Do better, Walgreens. I just lost an hour and a half of my last night off for the week.
