Wow, incredible customer service here… and value, integrity, honesty, respect, appreciation…. Yes, … that have all of that and more. I have worked in retail for 30 years, as an owner of a dozen companies. I get it. I am literally SHOCKED at the level these guys bring it to. They deserve 10 stars, not 5. I’m not going to get into all the specifics, but, the GM Mark, and Fred….my rep Kathy, ….even down to the delivery crew (Jeremy)…. These folks are not thinking about money, they’re thinking about people. Trust me on that one. Everyday is customer appreciation day at Guy C. Lee. In a time when people just don’t seem to care about one other, these folks set an example for others. They left me speechless. Truly grateful for this team. Sincerely, James

Absolutely the best customer service and delivery! Willie was so helpful when I called to discuss our renovation and material needs. He answered my questions on what materials worked best and the trends for coastal renovations. He promised delivery in a short time frame and that delivery time was met. The young man that delivered our materials was so very kind and he was very careful in removing the materials from the truck to our home. I cannot thank all of you involved enough for your kindness, professionalism and knowledge.
