Water's Fault

Mike and his crew were exceptional. We had a big water problem that caused them to rip up and replace our kitchen floor. They came in the same day the issue occurred and made us feel comfort in knowing they had it handled.

After drying out everything, they worked incredibly hard over three days to redo our entire kitchen floor. After it was done, they even repainted all of our floor boards so the kitchen really pops.

Highly recommend this company for any work to be done. They have incredibly high integrity, an amazing work ethic, and very trustworthy.

Mike and his team are amazing. I have worked with Mike for several years. First when he was a general handyman and now focusing on water damage.
Mike is very knowledgeable and always provides excellent advice. He also picks his team carefully, and I have found his employees to be considerate and diligent.
We recently experienced leakage from heavy rains. He took the time to listen to our concerns and presented us with options that would work for us. Mike and his team helped us fix things efficiently before the issue got out of hand.
He also took on a major water damage project a couple of years ago, and we are very happy with his work.

We had Water's Fault assist with water and mold remediation due to a long standing leak discovered with heavy rains. The Water's Fault team is exceptional in their 'discovery' of the location of the leak and remediation. They were respectful of the existing materials, only removing what is absolutely necessary. I am very thankful for their approach of sanding our wood floor that wasn't drying instead of ripping a few feet of it out completely. They are honest, keep a clean worksite (important when it's in the middle of your home), they are communicative, and you can count on them. I would recommend them to anyone needing such work.

Mike was great, and very helpful in helping us dry out our bathroom. He was efficient and worked hard. He also came every day to check on the moisture levels, which we appreciated. Water's Fault was very easy to work and communicate with and we highly recommend using them for restoration.

The team did an incredible job of finding and repairing a leak in our upstairs bathroom, plus remediating all mold that it caused. They were neat, fast and fastidious. Would absolutely use them again.

A minor water leak in my ceiling happened all of a sudden on a Sunday afternoon during a rainy day and I reached out to Mike via thumbtack and he promptly replied and came to my home to take a look within the next 2 hours. He did a thorough analysis of the impacted area and provided a detailed report with an estimate to be shared with the insurance company.

Seeing how well he examined the upstairs ceiling, we showed a downstairs ceiling with water damage (caused by a plumbing leak 2 years ago) and Mike gave a quote for fixing the same. We scheduled the appointments and Mike and his serviceman spent around 5 days removing the paint, patching the affected area and repainting. They did a fantastic job and the ceiling looks good as new now.

Mike is friendly, sincere and meticulous. I would definitely work with him and his team on future projects and highly recommend him.

This past rainy winter, we experienced severe leaking from our upstairs balcony which damaged the ceiling and walls of the dining room below. Water's Fault Restoration did a very thorough report assessing the extent of damage for insurance purposes. They had meter that could assess the extent of moisture damage in the drywall. During the repair process, they were very responsive and timely in the repairs. They brought in extensive drying machines, remediated mold that was discovered in the underlying wood and set up a negative pressure containment to avoid any of the mold from exiting the dining area into the living space. They then did patch and paint. To cap it off, their team was dogged in terms of following up with State Farm Insurance who dragged their feet to compensate us for the damage from the rain. They ultimately persisted long after I gave up. This is FULL SERVICE at its best and I can't recommend this team more highly. These guys were awesome. We had serious (and very stressful) water damage. They were fast, very professional, and dedicated all the resources needed to quickly help solve our problems including working weekends. They terrific start to finish. We have worked with them on several other projects since the first project and they have been first rate each time.
