Servpro was great; removed debris and cleaned up our spaces that were flooded. Crew members Luis, Roling, Veronica, and Mags were terrific. They were responsive, punctual and great to communicatee with. Proj mgr Eder was also great communicating with us on what needed to be performed at the job site.

Dejuan and Jesus were lifesavers. They made the awful experience doable with a smile.

Edwin and team arrived within hours of requesting service to manage a water pipe leak at upper level of home and quickly put in place measures to mitigate water damage. They installed the necessary equipment-fans and dehumidifiers, isolated the space, assessed the areas involved, and systematically launched the drying process. They returned every day to check moisture content, adjust fans and create better access points to ensure drying was complete. Edwin is very professional, personable and courteous, and performs his work with great attention to detail. The entire crew arrived on-time, worked quietly, wore masks, maintained social distancing and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. Edwin provided an accurate assessment of the problem, outlined the restoration plan and provided regular updates on the restoration process. Edwin's Manager also visited to obtain an on-site progress update and brief me about it. I was extremely happy with the service provided and would strongly recommend SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos.

We had an employee test positive for Covid-19 and we needed our facility disinfected immediately. Every minute of downtime is costly. We also have some very specific needs in relation to the chemicals that were used for the process and their possible interaction with our equipment and products. ServPro came thru. They responded quickly and had a team on-site within 24 hours. Carlos and his team were very thorough. Carlos communicated clearly and consistently through out the process, he was very aware and attentive to our specific concerns, and he ensured everything went smoothly. Before they started they patiently allowed us to test their chemicals on specific items, to ensure everything would be fine, before they entered the building. We walked through the building before and after and everything went very smoothly.

So I own an Airbnb in the area and so far it's been really easy, really mellow guests until a couple of weeks ago I believe the guests decided to have a party and there was puke and spilled liquids everywhere and the house smelled like cigarette smoke. I'm still kind of new to this so I was kinda freaking out but thank God someone referred me to this company! I talked to Maggie on the phone and she was so chill about it, telling me things like this happen all the time and that they got me. She really calmed me down and they were in and out of there so quick, they really made it seem like nothing ever happened in there. Thank you so much!

My basement flooded and they came out to extract all the water in the middle of the night. The crew was super polite and work diligently.

Servpro technicians Bismark and Filipe cleaned the heating vents, They did an outstanding job. When I turn on the heater, I am confident that I will be breathing clean air.

After a sewage back-up and spill, they were out to the property, cleaning up the mess within 2 1/2 hours!! Amazing responsiveness and they did a great job with the clean-up!! Highly recommend!!
