Consider another location.

I bought a new i-14 pro about 2 months ago. When I got home I realized that the wrong number had been ported to my phone.
Yes, the phone worked, so did my old phone, but my wife’s phone was the one that got shut off.

After a week of phone calls back and forth we had not yet had the matter resolved. I finally took the phone to another location to see if they could help me out. The fix cost me 4 hours of my time that never should have happened.

During the initial in-store purchase of my i-14pro I had a screen protector put on. The screen protector had a cutout that covered half of the “island” (top of the phone) on the i-14pro.
I had a difficult time swiping down with the cut-out interruption. Eventually, for unknown reasons, the edge of the island cut-out developed a little shatter mark on the edge of the screen protector. I decided to take the phone back to this location to get the screen protector looked at. Staff waiting on me said that screen protector on the phone was for an i-phone 13.

The screen protector for the I-14 pro covers the “island” completely. (Smooth swiping) I’d only had the phone for about two months when the screen protector developed a shatter, but even worse was the ability to swipe down with consistency. I mentioned that I was originally given the wrong cover by your own admission (multiple times) and I should receive a new cover protector free of charge. While he admitted that seemed fair, he didn't follow through. $45.15 later I walked out with the correct cover protector.
There was no attempt to call a manager to see what could be done to please a customer, if even a discount.

I wanted to argue the point more, but I felt that I would waste more of my time in useless negotiation.

So I went ahead and had the cover protector replaced.
The cover application took two attempts.

When applying the cover protector for the 2nd time (the 1st application developed unacceptable air pockets), the employee started to develop a bit of a frustrating attitude.
She said it would be impossible to remove all the air pockets and dust debris because the product on the shelf was already full of dust, and moving the product from the shelf to the table, and the
motions of opening the package just created more dust. There was one small dust spot on the very bottom of my screen protector, and already sensing the negativity about to be unleashed, I told her that I could live with that little dust spot. I didn’t leave this store all warm and fuzzy the first time when I initially purchased the phone, and the 2nd visit wasn’t any better.

Just know that if you visit this location and you don’t feel like you’re getting the service you deserve, you should walk away and consider another location.
