They have the best smoked food in the area by far.. Great staff. They are always super friendly even when slammed. I couldn't tell you what I liked best. Everything is amazing..

Amazing amazing amazing. I don’t even want to write this and keep this place a hidden gem. The food is delicious. The loaded fries were the best. The burgers were also amazing. The onion rings were crispy and perfect. I don’t have one bad thing to say. We did wait maybe 30minutes during a busy evening but we didn’t care. It was so delicious. The staff were also so friendly. Can’t wait to stop again!!

One of the best BBQ places I have tried in the PNW. I came from the Southern US and have been searching for a true BBQ place here. Marvelous food. True smoke flavor. Huge portions. Friendly staff that allowed me to make substitutions ( wanted a sampler plate, but not the meatloaf). Just fantastic.

Kat is such a dear and very helpful! We called to find out more about Big T BBQ as ẁ were coming from out of town, she gave us all the infomercial and helped us once we arrived. We tried several different meals, including the daily special, a bacon cheese burger basket for only $9.95!!! The homemade potato salad was wonderful! Sadly, they only have to go food.

My husband and I went here for dinner, my husband is super picky! To the point there's not many take out places he enjoys but he absolutely LOVED the food here!! He had the double mushroom burger and said it was the best he's ever had! If you enjoy mushrooms he definitely recommends this.

Family-run BBQ/burger place with an insanely large, everything-on-it type thing we didn't have the appetite to try. But the Hawaiian burger (with pulled pork and pineapple) was great, as were the house-made tots.
Worth the short detour from I-5 if you're headed between Seattle and Portland.

I have ordered through DoorDash many times, probably once a week for months. BBQ is wonderful, especially the brisket. Coleslaw is like my mom’s so that adds to my likability. Large portions. Would love to see a dessert to complement the BBQ, like southern banana pudding or a slice of pecan pie.

First time trying Big T and loved it! Amazing customer service. Wait was well worth it and didn't take long at all to get some amazing hot fresh famous baby back ribs. They just put up their new menu as we were pulling in as they were giving us their history and opinions on their favorite menu items. Thank you Big T. We will be coming back very soon!

I moved here from Austin, TX and missed the diversity in food upon moving here. But Big T BBQ has phenomenal briskets!! Definitely reminds me of Austin’s BBQ

I love finding little BBQ places like this. I got the sampler meal, and added a half order of ribs. The ribs were meaty, and the brisket was excellent. The pulled pork, sausage, and meatloaf are all very good as well! The lady that served me was very sweet and a pleasure to talk to. She knew I was outmatched and offered to help eat it, of course I said "no way, I'm saving this for later". So she gave me a to go box instead ;) I highly recommend.

I recommend getting the bbq sampler it’s a great deal and is amazing food.

A Heavenly BBQ Oasis Amidst the Rain – Big T BBQ in Centralia, WA

As our car meandered through the rain-soaked streets of Centralia, WA, a heavenly aroma of smoked meats, beckoned us to a BBQ haven on a surprisingly open Sunday evening. The universe must have been conspiring to bring us to Big T BBQ, where we discovered an unforgettable dining experience, even in the midst of a downpour.

With the outdoor seating drenched and indoor dining unavailable, we opted to transform our car into a makeshift dining room. Little did we know, this would become a memorable and finger-licking-good feast. Big T BBQ, you had us at the Barbecue Sampler.

Every bite of that juicy brisket, tender meatloaf, and succulent pork ignited our taste buds, leaving us craving for more. Paired with crispy fries and a refreshing drink, we were in BBQ paradise. Our only regret? Not having enough room in our stomachs to try everything on the menu.

The pièce de résistance was the cheeky sign facing the street that read, "Smoke Meat, Not Meth." This delightful humor added a touch of charm and personality to Big T BBQ, only further endearing it to our hearts.

Needless to say, we're already planning our next pilgrimage to this culinary temple of smoky goodness. And when life calls for a special celebration, we won't hesitate to enlist Big T BBQ for some mouthwatering catering.

I have been watching their ads on Facebook and finally had a chance to stop in. I was not disappointed! They have a large menu for a little restaurant. Something for everyone. I had their smoked meatloaf sandwich and homemade potato salad. Delicious and very filling.
Clean, friendly atmosphere. Tasty fare. Affordable prices. What's not to love? They are located a little ways past the main part of town... but seek them out. You'll be happy you did.

Yummy yummy yummy! Great food and service. Tom, the owner smokes all the meat himself. I like the brisket and their Hawaiian burger. My mom likes their veggie burger. The onion rings are awesome too! Kim makes sure the food is tender and cooked just right. Even my cat tried to eat it. <3 <3

Best food in centralia! Since we've moved, we have tried many different places to eat, and this is hands down the best. My husband and I can NOT get enough! Best fries, Best chili, best all! It may be a long wait sometimes because it is family owned and run. Worth the wait worth the price!

We go here all the time! Always friendly and more importantly always amazing food. Whether you're a fish and seafood lover or you're wanting a burger or some of their famous pulled pork, Big T's is the place to go.

Service & Staff have always been great people. The food is truly something you want to come back for over and over. The bbq sauce on the Brisket - sooooo very good!! Bottle it and I would buy it too!
