Casa Ramos. Azteca Mexican Restaurant

This is my go-to spot for lunch or dinnerwhen traveling the I-5 corridor. I highly recommend my server Memo, who is friendly, helpful, and professional. The food here is also consistently good.

I love this restaurant. I’ve been several times and every time I’ve enjoyed my food and the atmosphere. We had the fajitas for 2! Shrimp & Pork fajitas are yummy and it’s a good portion of food. The waitress and waiters are outstanding. The Always Happy Carlitos is fun! This restaurant is legit!

Excellent service here. People are friendly and engaged, really want to do a good job. Very fast service and plenty of people to serve, unlike other places. Fast cook out.

Food is pretty good too, all nicely made and taste great. But, not yet 5 star WOW although pretty good and you won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work.

I have eaten here alot and completely enjoy the food. I tried a new item today vegetarian macho burrito. It was so big. I could only eat half of it but it tasted so wonderful. Wednesday?

Amazing food, service and margaritas! Best food I've had in town..... Hands down. Quickly sat in the bar, greeted with menus, beverages and warm chips w/salsa! Our waitress was awesome, friendly, fast and efficient! Even with an arm injury! What a great asset to your restaurant!

This is our favorite place to get Mexican! The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. We recently got the Fajitas for Two and it was delicious! The art there is also amazing and one of my favorite attributes of the restaurant!

Food always comes out hot and timely. I dont think I have ever waited longer than 20 min for my food (and thats on a busy night) . Everything on the menu is amazing. Chips are fresh and Salsa has a great bit of spice yet mild for those that dont enjoy hot sauces! Clean restaraunt and easy parking lot! Love meeting for lunches here!

Casa Ramos is always a good choice in Centralia!. They have good food, great service, and the drinks aren’t too bad either. Great for stopping dinner or for a big party event.

Whenever I get the chance I stop here always and have the beef and chicken fajitas with three deep fried jalapenos:-) most of the time I just get asked if I'm going to have my regular :-) hahaha, the employees have got to know me for eating the fajitas always :-) everyone is amazing here and and very friendly and the food is so yummy

Very fast very friendly service for our lunch. Food was great and the portions were great. We were both very full afterward. The prices were a little high though.

Awesome food with even better customer service chips came to the table warm. The server was on top of drink refills and anything else we needed.

Haven't been here in 10-12 years and no reason why other than it isn't somewhere I drive by often and no one has recommended to me. But I think it was my loss.
We as a small party of 7 visited without notice for a birthday for 2 of the 7 in our party. We were welcomed into the nicely decorated bar and had great service. The huge plates of food were all correct, delicious and served quickly all with a smile. The servers were professionally dressed, clean and seemed to care that they did a good job. The parking was right in front, the prices were fair and everything was clean and welcoming. I look forward to going back.

My husband and I dine here any time we want great Mexican food, the staff is very friendly, attentive and prompt, the food never disappoints, love the beautiful paintings and numerous healthy plants.
