Burgerville -

Love this regional chain. The food is delicious and seasonal specials are reliably tasty. This most recent visit the young woman got my order wrong (even though I repeated it) but it worked out fine because the crispy chicken burger was great!

A really great place to grab a burger, I'd suggest anything they offer that's "seasonal", Oktoberfest burger, western sliders, seasonal shakes and fries are all good!
The price is about the same as McDonald's but way better quality and taste!
The inside of the restaurant was clean and the staff were very kind.

There is one reason we go here and that is for the Bliss (non-dairy) milkshakes. We are not big on fast food restaurants, though I have heard that the quality is much higher at Burgerville than other large corporation fast food businesses. But, when you are stuck with being non-dairy, Burgerville will provide that one sweet that we miss so much! This location is not the cleanest, sad to say. And service is kinda slow, but in order to enjoy a smooth, cold, flavorful shake... It's worth it

Burgerville has higher quality ingredients than your average fast food restaurant. Much higher: local, seasonal, grass fed, no antibiotics etc. They also have vegan and dairy free options. Sometimes they even have a packaged gluten and dairy free ice cream sandwich if you have restrictions and are in need of a sweet treat.

Great little burger joint. I like to stop here when I'm passing through or shopping at the outlets. The waffle fries are amazing!

They have a Vegan Milkshake people!!!!
That alone will make it worth the 40 minute drive! Of course their burgers are great too - since I'm lactose intolerant it has been over 5 years since I've had an actual (but not actual) "milk" shake!
I made my husband taste it because I wasn't sure it wasn't milk. It was so creamy!

This is probably the best fast food burger joint around Lewis County. My go to is the Colossal Cheeseburger and the standard double cheeseburger. I very much look forward to their specials, the special burgers are always well made and tasty burgers, they have new ones every couple of months or so it seems like. I also look forward to the rosemary shoe string fries and the truffle shoe string fries, these are sooo good. Right now they have the Truffle Parmesan Waffley Fries, these are so good and crispy. These waffle fries travel very well, they were still so crispy when I got home. It is a bit more expensive than some other fast food, but I feel like the quality makes up for it. Quick friendly service, food was hot and fresh.

Had lunch here for three. Not a bad price. Great burgers and really good fries. If your ever in the area stop by and try it. The drive thru goes pretty fast. I had the Northwest burger, and it was delicious! You can taste everything in it. Same with the colossal burger.

An avid Burgerville fan, I have had the best luck with quality/freshness from the airport location. To be honest, it isn't always amazing at this location. BUT this visit was spot on!! Just a fantastic, hot and fresh burger which nailed my extra pickle request! Thank u!

I tried the Vampire Burger for the first time and it's seasonal but it was so delicious and I highly recommend it if you love garlic. I feel like I could eat those all day and never get tired of them. Additionally, we had regular and sweet potato fries. As for drinks, we had the Oregon Strawberry and Pumpkin bliss shake. Yummy and filling!

We stop at this particular Burgerville on almost every southbound vacation we take. The food is great and I love that they have a patio where we can have our dog come sit with us.

The staff are so friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs - or at least the part that involves giving treats to dogs.

If it's October, get the pumpkin pie shake. It truly tastes like pumpkin pie. Just wild!

I love this Burgerville. Actually, I like all Burgerville locations, but this one holds a special place in my heart. My husband's family lives in Portland, OR, and we live in Seattle, WA. Centralia is a nice approximate mid-point, and this Burgerville hits the spot when we visit his family.

Food: Burgerville food is consistent across all locations in the Portland and southern WA area. I've gotten the fish fillet (Halibut) sandwich at least the last five times I've been to any Burgerville. My husband has gotten the seasoned turkey burger, deluxe chicken sandwich, and probably more since he grew up with Burgerville. We usually each order a sandwich or burger and share a large fry. We've also gotten their smoothies/milkshakes, I think cherry and dark cocoa on separate visits. The dark cocoa smoothie/milkshake had mini dark chocolate chips in it! So yummy. The difference between their milkshakes and smoothies is that their milkshakes are made with ice cream and their smoothies are made with yogurt. It tastes essentially the same, so why not choose the healthier option?

Service: Always friendly and efficient. It's cool that they give dine-in customers a number tent to put at the end of their table, and employees bring out your food for you. You don't see that at the big chain franchises.

Payment: They take credit cards!

Other fun facts: I've gone into a Burgerville just for their free samples (advertised ahead of time) without buying anything. But I'm a loyal customer, so they don't have to worry about it!

Overall: Highly recommend!

I ordered a double cheeseburger and a crispy chicken sandwich. Now if I was in a blind taste test, I would have said the chicken sandwich was from a restaurant and not fast food. Chicken was very flavorful. The double cheeseburger was just a double cheeseburger but it seemed on the high end of the fast food scale. I like this place and wish there were some in the northern Seattle area.

It's like they actually care about the quality and the taste of their burgers. All ingredients are fresh and tasty. What a pleasant experience.

Oh my, the raspberry milkshake is my favorite! Love when it’s available. Good burgers, clean restaurant and friendly service. Always my favorite stop in Centralia.

Burgerville in Centralia is great. They're friendly and courteous. The lobby was clean. My husband used the restroom and didn't complain so I assume that was nice and clean too. The food though.... my burger was incredible. I will give credit where it's due... my burger was extra. It practically melted in my mouth and my dessert was delicious... lemon custard and marionberry and vanilla icecream what an amazing combo. Honestly the fries were my least favorite part of my meal. I have had better fries but I've also had worse 🤷‍♀ I will definitely eat here when I get a chance. I got the Oktoberfest burger, which unfortunately is seasonal but I'll never forget it. Haha

This is my favorite "fast food" establishment. The food is always fresh and hot. The rotating seasonal items are always good. By the way it may take a few minutes to get your food due to cook to order. Here is an example of local fresh onions. Yes they are bigger than that spread sauce.

LOVE their turkey burger!! Wish they had their Walla Walla onion rings. Those are awesome!

Great food kinda spendy but so worth it and good costumer service as well.

Amazing staff and the food is incredible!! So far, the best burger in town that I have had.
