Plenty of parking spots with multi-level parking garages...keep in mind that if you are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, drive to Level 5, park and take the Skywalk straight to the entrance of the hotel...this will take you straight to the hotel lobby. Make sure you let front desk staff that you are parking a vehicle so that they can give you a daily ticket with parking at a discounted rate.

Parking is easy enough. It is clean and has ample parking. I live the sign that shows where open spots are. Cost is about $3.75 for the length of a lunch meeting. I was happy to know it will even fit a large SUV or pickup. Easy in and out.

Great and ideal parking 🚗 location! A little pricey 💰 but worth it for the location. I absolutely fell in love with the architecture and all the colors. Great staff and easy to navigate around. 🧭
They have amazing technology that has overhead sensors over each parking space so you can see on led signs how many spaces are available on each parking level. Pretty cool 😎 to see.

This garage is always clean, I'm able to find a space in a timely manner, I feel that my car is always safe and secure here. Silver Springs has the best cost for parking.

Great parking garage in the center of Downtown Silver Spring. Each time I've been it's clean, well lit, and fully accessible for those with physically disabilities. Floors further up seem to have less handicap spots but I can usually find a spot on the first floor. Also, it's free after 7 pm and on weekends and holidays!

FREE PARKING! What more is there to say. I absolutely hate when places build shopping centers but you either have a hard time finding parking, or you have to pay an arm and a leg for parking. The first floor of this garage is rarely ever empty which is to be expected, but the other floors usually have space. It's very clean here and my mom loves parking here whenever we're in that area.

Easy to access the stores at downtown Silver Spring. Nice clean parking. The elevator is okay but a little old. It scared me a little, so most if the time I take the stairs.

Nobody can beat this in Downtown Silver Spring. Always spaces for parking and the place is clean. The rates can't be beaten. I've recommended by a friend and since then, that's my #1 parking in Downtown Silver Spring.

Lower levels can get crowded, but if you go to levels 3 and up, you're almost guaranteed to get a good space. This garage is in the middle of everything in downtown Silver Spring!

Easy place to park for quick tasks to do in town. I was there on a weekday around noon for less than an hour and parking was free.

If you don't like city traffic this is probably the best parking garage. Like that is very close to all the attraction and coming into and going out is a breeze just few turns and you are back on US 29

First hour is free. Good place to put your car when getting food or items from downtown silver spring.
