Ace Handyman Services Northwest San Antonio

I called Ace Handyman yesterday and was shocked that they came out today to repair two small drywall problems. Eric did a wonderful job on a hole in the guest bathroom wall. He assessed the drooping ceiling in our master bath and recommended a cost effective resolution. It I was impressed with his pleasant and professional attitude and the quality of his work at a reasonable cost. We will definitely consider them again for additional handyman services.

My experience with Hiram was so positive. He proved that this project called for someone with knowledge and expertise ie not me!. My lights and new faucets look great. More to do in my master bath redo, but I can do some of it myself...I think. Otherwise I will be asking Hiram for his help!

Eric was great! Put up my weathervane and installed it properly, he even cut back some tree limbs that were in the way. Very friendly, courteous and professional. He is an asset to your company. I will be using Ace Handyman again for future nerds and will refer friends and family as well. Nancy MW

Eric did a wonderful job setting up our venting ductwork for our over the stove microwave / vent. IT was no small feat, given our older home. He was meticulous, and the job was donr with such precision that the microwave installer even commented on how accurate the measurements were and how perfectly the exhaust connection was made. Thank you for the pride you take in your work, Eric! This is our second excellent experience with Ace Handyman services (previously we had excellent cabinet carpentry modifications done by Jim). It it 100% worth your peace of mind, and should we have need in the future, we won't hesitate to call Ace!

Our experience with Rick was above and beyond our expectations. He got right to work assembling our Chest Murphy bed.

Love this company! I googled “handyman in Boerne” and the reviews were very positive so i thought i’d give them a call. Shockingly, they had someone in the area that was 20 minutes away. I had them replace a front door handle and install a new locking system. He was very precise and everything turned out perfect. I will be using them again in the future.

I had cut some holes in the drywall in my garage utility room to inspect some piping. The drywall repair was too complicated for me to tackle, due to the number of pipe penetrations and electrical outlets, so I called Ace Handyman Services. Jim was sent out to make the repair, and I couldn’t be happier. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention friendly and very neat. He completed the repair in less time than I expected and also completed a few other minor repairs while he was here. The repair and texturing looks great and I will be painting it tomorrow after everything is dry. Before and after photos are attached. The cost was reasonable so I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman to anyone.

Roberto and Carlos did an outstanding job removing celing popcorn and the paint for the walls was great. They meticulously cleaned up and hauled away the debris and covered our furniture well with plastic sheeting. Job Well done. Thanks, Paul & Mary G.

I had a water leak in the shower and called two different plumbers to help identify and neither could help. Both told me it was coming from the tile and I needed to find a tile repair person. I was super frustrated and called Ace. I thought I was going to have to rip out my entire shower as it’s floor to ceiling tile.

The owner, Jon came out and spent about an hour helping to trouble shoot and noticed the leak and the tape from the drywall on the backside of the adjoining wall. Turns out it was fixture leak from a downspout that wasn’t even required for my shower.

Jon’s team came out and helped to complete the job. Eric was 100% professional and explained every step he was taking before moving forward. I trusted them so much that I asked them to help with some additional work my front door that needed repairs.

Some reviews talk about the price but I can tell you that if your more concerned about long term cost and great craftsmanship, Jon and his team will take care of you. I can’t imaging how much unnecessary money I would have spent if it wasn’t for Ace. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future!

Eric and Jim did a fantastic job. We had shiplap and floating shelves installed, plus our Frame TV mounted. They worked great as a team and provided a high quality result. Very happy with Ace, and we will be calling again for the next project.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened first to my wife explain what she’d like in the way of remodeling our master bath. Then he had insightful questions and recommendations. He made us feel very at ease. Thanks.

I had an electrical issue with one of the fuses for my master bathroom. I called Ace first thing in the morning and they had a gentleman by the name of Richard by 10:45 am. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in about hour. Fantastic work!!

These guys are personable, knowledgeable, fast, and they do a great job of communicating. We're so impressed by the work so far and I'd recommend John and his crew to anyone.

Had some damage to the front door frame and weather stripping that was done by the delivery drivers who attempted to move a refrigerator through that was a bit too wide.
Called ACE Handyman Services to repair the damage. Eric came out today and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost.
Would definitely use this company again.

I used Ace Handyman to help me mount my 70in TV above my fireplace mantle. They were professional, quick, and extremely personable. I would definitely use their services again.

Super professional, on time, and great work. Also they are very efficient with their time, I felt like they had a sense of urgency to get my projects done and not just run the clock.

I had an unusual job to be done, and John came out to personally evaluate the situation. He gave me a low and high estimate due to unknowns. The crew did such a good job completing the first phase that they gave me the opportunity to stop there or add some cosmetic work (painting) to make the whole project look even better. I was very pleased with their craftsmanship and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ace Handyman services and especially the amazing work of Rick De La Fuente. Rick was professional, worked effectively, and completed the jobs with great craftsmanship. He dry walled my ceiling, matched my paint, patched my roof, secured vents, removed old gutters, replaced two skylight screens, replaced siding, and cleaned up as if he wasn’t even here.
