We are regulars at Tri-County Meat Market and have never been disappointed. We recently celebrated our anniversary and Joe suggested the Tri-County brand raised on their ranch. Specifically we enjoyed two Akaushi porterhouse steaks paired with asparagus stuffed with cream cheese - wrapped in bacon and fresh HEB peal and eat shrimp. To say this was excellent is an understatement!!! Thank you for a wonderful anniversary treat!!!

Absolutely, positively the best in quality and service in San Antonio. From the moment you enter, each and every time, you are met w a tsunami of genuine hospitality. And the quality of every product from meats and poultry to even the dairy…its the best. Highly recommend.

I remember when Tri-County Meat Market opened. The owner was asking about ways to advertise, although he'd done about everything he could. He obviously listened to customers as he has a variety of "quick pick up items" that you don't want to run to HEB for or that the convenience store doesn't have. And BTW, best seasoned steaks in town!!!! We buy steaks seasoned from them every Christmas. Thank you Tri-County for being in our neighborhood and offering all the products you do. :) Oh, BEST jerky you will ever have. Pricey, but oh SO tasty.

This place is slice of pure Texas. Everything in here is top quality. Great homegrown produce and quality local condiments for sides etc.

They’ve got a few custom appetizers to compliment your steak/burger night too. A large bell pepper stuffed with smoked brisket and cheddar all wrapped up in bacon!? I’ll take 5.

I’m pretty sure they only sell prime meat too. The place smells of the delicious sausage curing in the back.

Employees are extremely friendly and super knowledgeable about what they do. They have fun at work and you can tell.

Best place to buy food in San Antonio.

Top of the line. I have never bought a piece of meat (whether it's ribeye, quail, smoky bacon, marinated chicken wings, ground beef, etc) from this meat market that hasn't exceeded my expectations. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection from your basic bacon and ground beef to high-end Wagyu ribeyes as well as unique offerings like quail poppers. There's also a small produce section, some seafood selections, and some great, locally made desserts.
Now, they're not shy about expressing their political beliefs with various wall hangings, but this is a small business run by good people providing a quality product and that's what counts.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The butcher area has fresh meat selections and prepackaged options as well. Good selection of other products for pantry area as well. We found T-C a few years ago and have been back several times.

Omg the best meat market that is literally next door to my husband and I! So clean and fresh and extremely nice staff!✨👏🏽 Got 4 pounds of fajitas 🤤 and their beef & pork with jalapeños sausages was so good too! Their tortilla chips and Five Amigos Fire Roasted Pepper salsa is 💣🌶 so delicious we finished the whole 16 oz of salsa! Going again this wknd to stock up! Highly recommend this meat market!

This place is Awesome! The staff are nice, professional and knowledgeable. Where else can you mix and match your choice of meat, chicken or cheese 5 for $25.

The meat is fresh and their combinations and selection cannot be matched! The seasoned rubbed fajitas are to die for...Love this place!

I've been a regular here since the store opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else for top-quality meats. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the supply cannot be beat. Absolute worth the trip out there every time, you won't regret it.

This place is a fantastic hole in the wall treasure. I went for the first time today, with my son. We came home with the best Ribeye I have ever grilled, fresh asparagus and mushrooms, and some interesting poppers with shrimp and crab cake filling. The meat is great and the staff is knowledgeable.

One of the Best Meat Markets in South Texas. These guys know what they are doing and run a top notch business. Not to name names, but I have been into many Meat Markets in a 200 mike radius of this one, and Tri-County is hard to beat.

First time trying out the Fair Oaks Ranch Meat Market at the corner of Dietz Elkhorn and Ralph Fair Road. I have to report that the T-bones we got were some of the best I have ever eaten. Sorry it took me so long to try it!! Very tender and Kevin says everyone was very nice and helpful. They also have vegetables, tortillas, etc. so could put together a great dinner without going all the way to HEB. Highly recommend.

Been going here for years. Best jalapeño poppers and steak out there! The dry rub fajita meat is one of my favorite things to pick up on the weekend! Friendly staff and great meat... can’t ask for much more!

Great meat market. Staff were extremely courteous and executed proper social distancing. Everyone working there was prepared for the influx of regulars like me; they had proper PPE and adhered to safety protocols better than anyone else. I think the only 1 star review is from someone who got lost in wal mart. Tri County is the best!

This is the BEST TRUE Meat Market in the San Antonio area...Well worth the trip. These guys know the true meaning of being Professionals! I stop in at least three times a week for their custom cuts and creative prepped meats like the diablo chicken and shrimp stuffed peppers.

Can't say enough about this neighborhood butcher shop. Everything is worth trying and we go back week after week for their fresh meat selections. Top notch staff and their many options keep our Big Green Egg busy year round. You will not be disappointed and get ready to become a regular customer!!!

Being new to the area, I was introduced to this meat market by my brother. The NY Strip that I bought could melt in your mouth! Since then I've purchased the Angus hot dogs, ground beef and marinated chicken cutlets. They were all very tasty, with the hot dogs being some of the best I've ever eaten!
