If you don't know about Bergheim's Fajita Meat - you are missing out. Its the BEST seasoned, tenderized skirt steak you can get ANYWHERE! Its the specialty meal I cook for my friends and family anytime I need to show off! Literally melt in your mouth! My family asks for it weekly. My friends and coworkers all know.
There is a downside - you will never order fajitas at a restaurant again, because it cannot compare to Bergheims.

Bergheim is always on point with the quality and cut of meat. Three straight weekends of incredible dinners! Go here and be sure to pick up some of their seasoning!!

What a sweet little shop. Absolutely beautiful dairy products, spices, and meats. Bought the glass milk jug just to have a keepsake from our trip here. I absolutely love displaying it in my kitchen and being reminded of our mini getaway. I highly recommend taking an hour out of your week to come check this place out. It’s a very unique, well organized market with a lot of cool grocery items and a staff that makes you feel like family. We were greeted warmly by the gentlemen sitting outside on the porch, as well as every worker in the place once we entered. If you’re thinking of driving in and checking this place out, just do it!

They always have different and interesting stock. You can always find something new to try. Great dried sausage! Great for a stop for produce you thought you had a don't.

I love this store - great fajita meat, steaks, produce and dairy. My HEB is 9 miles away, it is easier and faster to just drop in and pick up milk, half and half, at a moment's notice. I forgot to buy avocados; Bergheim Meat Market had extra large avocados, at the right level of ripeness. Great place - friendly people.

Out in the hill country and stopped here for Saturday night steak at home. Fantastic steak. Price extremely high but it was Prime steak house quality at home. Service was quick and friendly. I'm personally not a fan of the plastic seal bag, would prefer old school butcher paper but that's not a complaint. Definitely will be a regular even for a bit of a drive.

All I can say is WAGYU HOT DOGS RULE! I love this gourmet meat market. The prices are high so as long as you appreciate QUALITY over pricing you will appreciate this place. Also, their butcher made sausages are ahmazing! Support local.

The once Bergheim General Store is now a top quality meat market off of Hwy 46 and FM 3351. They make some of the best homemade German sausage in Texas. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff!

There's nothing country about this little backroads store which offers top quality cuts of meat, three different types of sausage, and a tight but well curated set of pantry items.

We bought a spiral of "German Sausage" and a spiral of "Garlic Sausage" weighing in around 4lbs. So far we've sampled the garlic sausage which offered a very German flavor that any Duetschlander would be proud of. This was a fantastic grill sausage that was packed firm and ended up grilling out nice and juicy despite some initial overburn from live fire.

If you're looking for a solid brat for a night of drinking with the boys or just looking to serve something top quality for the family this meat market offers a fantastic selection.

Old butcher shop that sells fantastic cuts of meat. A bit pricey .. but you absolutely cannot beat the quality . They even season the meat for you.

They were so kind and helpful. I bought steaks, Cayenne peppers🌶, jalapenos, mangoes that George strait himself adores that was a cool thing ❤ they were the best mangoes ever. Just because I told you, don't buy it all, save me some please.
