PuroClean helped us with a mold remediation of our air vents that was causing autoimmune reactions in myself and our kids. Jason came out to take an initial look and give us an estimate and we were glad to see that the estimate was reasonable and appropriate in a world in which contractor services can sometimes seem appallingly high. The job was handled over the course of two days. The team was professional, kind, thorough, and courteous. Jason was willing to answer every question and explained every step of the process. We hired PuroClean to come in and clean up after another company didn't do their job. U.L. came in, quickly assessed what needed to be done, listened to our concerns, communicated expectations clearly, and got to work. We had a busted pipe on Christmas Eve, and I found PuroClean on google with fantastic reviews. I knew I had to give them a call for a quote. I received a call within hours of submitting my quote request online. U.L. was kind and asked all the right questions. He came out to assess the damages and was very straight forward. Gave me his recommendations and knowledge on what was going on. Explained in detailed what they would do to make sure everything was dried out. They were able to fit us in their busy holiday schedule to get us taken care of. Jason and UL came out and worked late in the evening on 12/30 to get us set up. UL (the owner) came out several times during the Holiday weekend to check the levels to make sure we were on target. He called me throughout the process to let me know what he was doing. The constant communication and going above and beyond the call of duty was much appreciated!. Jason and team came out on 01/03 to remove the fans and confirm that everything was indeed dried. They communicated every detail to me and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean for their knowledge, superb customer service and quality of work!

We recently discovered a water leak in our master bath area. PuroClean was quick to respond and schedule a technician to assess the damage, take key moisture readings, and prepare a bid to remediate. The cost was less than anticipated and there were not any extra services proposed that were not needed. We appreciated the quick, honest approach that both Audra and Tony took to help us.

PuroClean was very knowledgeable and informative during the whole process. Jason was wonderful to work with. They did an excellent and thorough job which made the whole ordeal less stressful. Hopefully I’ll never need to use them again, but if the situation arises I can’t imagine going to anyone else.

PuroClean was incredible with us during this really chaotic time - water pipe leak. Audra arrived at my home and immediately I felt comforted by her calm demeanor, empathy for our circumstance and ultimately, her knowledge in what they do. We had an unfortunate mishap in the kitchen which resulted in a lot of smoke damage to the immediate area. I called PuroClean late one evening and spoke to UL. He sent Audra the next morning to assess the damage and give us an estimate. They worked us in within a couple of days to get the job done. Voila!! No more smoke fumes!! This company really knows what they're doing and gave exceptional service. They were all super friendly and made sure we understood everything that they were doing. Puro Clean was such a pleasure through the entire process. The office staff was nice and easy to book an appoint with, Jason quickly came out to take a look and give a quote (which I’ve never seen- this keeps from having unexpected fees like some others), the day of was seamless, they were on time, very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. There were two men cleaning at the same time so that process went very quickly- they were so accommodating as to which rooms to do first and last to make it easy with kids & pets. I even heard back after after to make sure I was pleased with the outcome, great communication throughout. Puro Clean offers much more in water & fire damage and restoration but I’m happy they do carpet cleaning as well, I highly recommend them!

We needed our carpets cleaned. Puro Clean had a representative come out the next day and gave me a quote. The crew arrived in a few days ready to work with shoe covers, masks and were done in a shorter time than was expecting. Audra came a few days later to assess the work and asked if I was happy with the quality of the job and if the crew did as expected. I would recommend Puro Clean to anyone who supports small businesses and want professional results.

PuroClean was professional and did a fantastic job cutting out ceiling and walls damage from water intrusion from the hurricane. Communication was superb as was all the work and every aspect of the job they did. Highly recommend PuroClean for any job you have. Wish all other contractors were up to this standard.

PuroClean saved our wood floors. Two nights prior to leaving for a 7 week RV trip a braided stainless steel hose under the sink on the second floor blew while we were out for a couple of hours. A lot of the water ran down the stairway and through the garage ceiling below. This was about 10 PM. The entire second floor is engineered wood. We sucked up all we could with wet/dry vacs that night. The next morning I contacted PuroClean and another popular water damage company and had both come for a quote. I explained that I had an extremely high deductible and wanted to avoid a claim if possible. After receiving a quotes and discussions with both, PuroClean seemed more interested in making a special effort to save the floors using drying mats on the floors along with other methods of drying it all out. There quote was just slightly higher than the other company was, but the other company did not offer hope for the floors. Since that particular flooring was no longer available, I did not want to have to replace 1800 sq ft of wood, only about 300 sq ft was flooded, and would for sure have to make a claim. PuorClean told me they check and adjust for progress daily. The other company told me that since its not going through insurance they would check it’s progress in three days. I gave PuroClean the job and so very happy that I did. That afternoon the owner and crew arrived and began setting up equipment to dry the flooring, the interior of the second floor and the undamaged but wet sheetrock in the garage. I provided them full access to the house and we left on our trip. They anticipated 3 to 5 days to get it dried out, but it took 9 days. Each day I received detailed email updates with pictures and moisture readings throughout. The mats and methods they used SAVED THE WOOD FLOORING. A couple of places on the wood flooring that I noted before I left had swollen up, but now look normal. I believe UL (owner) and his team made the extra effort to save the floors and not only met, but far exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU Puroclean! THANK YOU UL!

BUT NOT clarifying enough. It's a start! Thankfully we had a family member who knew of this company and immediately requested their help. PuroClean arrived so quickly. They were ready to immediately tackle the extensive water spread with plenty of equipment to remove water in multiple rooms, set-up dehumidifiers, suction machines, air blowers and do daily assessments/inspections to assess needs and monitor progress. The Leadership and Crew were so professional, caring, observant, hard working and gave us a strong sense of encouragement. We unhesitatingly recommend and endorse PuroClean of Boerne.

This entire Puroclean team was a godsend after the hurricane. They were on time every day, fair and honest with their estimates and even came out for free again when I was concerned about other issues etc. Detailed and great follow up, very trustworthy.
