Les Schwab Tire Center

Called this morning about needing my flat tire patched. Only took an hour or two and it was free for the patch. Everyone was very polite! Very appreciated after having had a crummy day getting a flat tire :)

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and honest.
I have never waited more than an hour.
I have gotten same-day appointments and am never misquoted.

I stopped here because I got a sidewall puncture on an old tire on my old truck. I was trying to drive all the way to Tri-Cities Washington and Les Schwab pulled a rabbit out of the hat and helped me by changing over some spare tires on to the rims that fit my truck. They had me on the road again quickly. Their staff was very accommodating and got the job done correctly. This old truck has some quirks and the staff there were well prepared to deal with it. Thank you all so much, you allowed me to get home in time for Christmas.

Best customer service and nicest technicians I’ve ever encountered. Had issues with the wheels on our vintage camper on our way to go camp. They fit us in, swapped out the bent wheel with our spare, swapped the tires and didn’t charge us a penny. They also helped us understand what we needed to buy when we got home. Highly recommend this place!! Would go here regularly if I lived closer :)

These guys fixed the front brakes on my '85 F150 for my daughter, in the middle of her trip. Even though they were sent the right part- they went the extra mile (all the way to Santa Rosa and back!) to get the correct part to get her back on the road - instead of waiting for the company to deliver it the next day. The day she left, she had to return though. She lost a tire on the trailer she was towing! They managed to find a rim and tire for this ancient, industrial strength trailer, and got her BACK on the road, again! Thank you, everyone there, and especially PAUL. You were so patient with us!

In early September I was on my way to Ft. Bragg. I was 6 miles from Willits when my car started making a loud clunking noise which increased with speed and alarmed us! I pulled into Les Schwab in Willits and a very nice young man named Jack greeted me and drove my car around the lot, he agreed I had a problem. They put the car up on the rack to check it out. In just under an hour, I was back on my way. An inner fender shield had turned loose and was rubbing the tire. Collin checked me out and with no charge. Just want to give these young men a thank you for being so polite and helpful. I highly recommend Willits Les Schwab.

Have an account with Les Schwab. They are friendly, they put up with my endless questions about car care, suggesting ways to better care for my car. Offered to rotate tires, a free service and seldom requested. I travel a lot so I have my car thoroughly checked before each trip. If my kids need something done I am able to okay Les Schwab to put it on my account from whatever state m I'm in. Making payments can be by mail although I prefer online or by phone. I swear by Les Schwab in particular Les Schwab in Willits, Can.

I was passing through on my way to camp over the weekend in the CA redwoods, when I noticed a flat; quickly pulled off and arrived here. Without an appointment was in and out within about 1.5 hours. Thank you for the generous service on my specially manufactured tires with acoustic foam. I appreciate your work and up-front information to make sure I knew the issues that I may encounter at other less-versed tire service locations!

The gentleman that put air in my tires was very helpful, and he treated me with respect, and was very informational he informed me one of my tires may have a slow leak in which he was correct, I had to change my tire two days after I arrived at my destination. Les Schwab Tire Center is my go to tire place.

The staff that work here specifically the young lady behind the desk was also helpful and kind. The gentleman Miguel who checked out my car and chatted with me after was very helpful and exceptionally kind as well. Good people work here.

I was driving down from Portland to SF via HW 101 with my family and my car broke down near Willits. Rear brake pads completely worn out due to a bad caliper. Got my car towed to the Les Schwab Willits - they promptly looked at it to diagnose the issue and ordered required parts. Next day, the calipers and brake pads were replaced and the car was fixed by 10am. They are extremely helpful and honest. My initial estimate had replacement cost for rotors as well, but when during the service they found that the existing rotors are newish, the service-person just rotated these and my total cost came out to be 300-400$ lower than the estimate.
Highly recommend this place to folks looking for auto-service around Willits.

If I could have given them 6 or 7 stars I would have. They rescued us on the highway, with a flat on the trailer. Put on the spare and then we went to their shop, where the got us a new tire. We were back on the road before we knew it. Great people! Can't say enough good things about them!

These guys are great. We called because we had a flat. We were over an hour away. We made it literally as they were closing. Turned out, the tire valve was broken and they fixed it very quickly. We had our own Les Schwab adventure story that day.

We had a flat tire on 101 in a rental car that had no spare and had to wait two hours for AAA tow service. Our car was towed to les Schwab tire center and they very quickly removed the tire fixed it and did not charge anything We are out of towners and they were so very nice. A special thank you to Mario. Went to nor crawl tire shop across the street in willits California waited a half hour for them to tell me they cant seat the bead on my harley davidson tire on my rim. I went to les schwab all he said it needed was filled with air asked me how much pressure i wanted he was done with it in less then 2 minutes. ##les schwab in willits California rocks##

Fantastic service! Got a hole in one of the tires of my rental car, and Hertz reps spent an hour on the phone with me trying to get me to tow the vehicle.
Popped on a donut wheel, brought the car to this location, and Les Schwab employees patched the old one good as new!! No upsell, no games, just great customer service. Thank you!!

In Fall 2018, I was trying to buy a home and get moved from out of state, before winter. I was hearing a persistent noise from below the engine in my well-maintained but old Subaru, and stopped at Les Schwab to see if they had time to drive it 'around the block' to see if there was a problem in front axle. They made time for this, said it was NOT in the drive train, and sadly, was probably a major engine job. It made a huge difference to get their warning, so that I could get a 2nd opinion (who agreed with Les Schwab) and buy another car before I met with realtors--and, to decrease the $$ I'd be able to spend on the house.

GREAT SERVICE! Toyota (in santa rosa) screwed me today and put a tire on with a leak. Luckily I made it and Les Schwad not only was able to help asap but they were able to fix the tire and did it for free! I'm just upset that I forgot to tip! I'm so sorry guys!!! Next time, I will be back! Thank you all so much!

Had a flat tire on vacation. Our rental van had an odd size tire but they made a special effort to have it there in the morning. Got us in and out as fast as they could. Great people and great business!!!!
