Dunkin'

Tasty drinks and donuts for a good price. Nothing fancy, but a nice staple for the U.S I'm happy to have tried. Also the staff when I went was very friendly!

This dunkin is by far my favorite one to go to and mostly because of 2 people and the rest of the staff of course but here is why..

I am a regular customer usually getting a medium frozen mocha coffee and there is the super nice lady that takes my order she calls me honey everytime and the most pleasant voice. Then at the window it's always this tall skinny young man who has a smile on his face no matter what day it is and he is so very nice and between these two it makes my morning so much better every time. Also i feel like whenever these two are working that drive thru it is not only fast but my order is always right every time i can see these two checking the orders as the other crew is preparing and they check it over everytime to make sure it's right i have been to a couple other dunkins before and i got my order wrong a few times but it happens when your busy.

However especially now in these days it so hard to find such good service and people who actually enjoy their job and i just hope these two stay and continue to make mine and the other customers morning great nice job dunkin!

Chrissy is the BEST thing that’s ever happened to this place. That’s all I have to say.

Jessica helped me pick out a drink and it was delicious. She was very patient with me since I didn't know what to order. I appreciate the great customer service!

the staff here is wonderful! although the line may be long at some times, it’s because of short staffing. the lobby not being open is also because of staff issues as well as covid. they work hard to keep the line moving as fast as they can. please understand that there are certain times of the day that rushes happen, such as the freeway, any other food place, grocery stores, and this dunkin! things sometimes happen and mistakes are made, so please be patient with them. the staff here is caring, kind, and respectful!!

Both the women working there are so sweet and happy. They make my morning every time I go! 10/10 service!

I stop at this DD every day and order the same thing every day. The staff in the evening are very polite and even though short staffed always try their hardest. It's quite obvious that some people have no patience with waiting for their order. Here's a tip, go inside and ask to help them out. Maybe you will learn what these young kids are going through and yet try to be polite.

I went through drive through and was not happy with the service given, my coffee had not looked right as though something was put in it, but than it could have just been me, and I had already got to work. I decided to call on a small break and tell them what happened because dunkin is my number one place to go. The woman I spoke with was very generous and brought a new coffee along with a donut to my job! I'm very happy with the service and the fact she took time to satisfy one customer. I will definitely continue to go and recommend this store!

I love this DD for some reason they have the best old fashioned donuts, the never get my coffee wrong like the other stores and the lids are always on all the way lol. The staff are always polite and accommodating and usually (unless they are super super busy) getting orders out in a timely fashion.

Friendly staff. Great coffee and sandwiches. The sweet BBQ bacon sandwich is awesome and of course the pastry is good. If you go to dunkin a lot and don't have a perks card then you are missing out big time

Picked up some donuts for the family on the way home and was greeted in the drive through by the nicest person on the speaker there. I wish other businesses had people that were this nice and polite would make for a nice world

I go to this Dunkin’ about everyday, almost never got my order wrong. They are friendly and nice. Service is always fast, especially when I do the On-The-Go orders through the Dunkin’ app.

Awesome Dunkin Donuts. Very prompt and friendly service. Very clean and neat. My iced latte, though, tasted slightly off but was good.

Very attentive polite and the one manager I think his name was Kyle was very helpful in selecting my donuts

It was different they would actually converse with you and not be like a robot and just do there job they are always I mean always accurate and it's an overall clean and well kept store and the employees are so nice espically night time when there's not an ice cream or something they will go in the back and grab out a new one highly recommended

Go to THIS location!! The manager was so kind. She corrected my snackin bacon with a genuine smile and new order. No wonder the line is so long! Lol #Worththewait

The Indian gentleman who works in the AM needs a raise. The guy is always polite and the service is quick. I go to this location specifically for the the customer service.
