LUIS was ready & willing to help as soon as we entered AT&T phone store at Fairview Park! We were greeted with a smile and polite “hello :::& how can I help today?” :::within minutes we found the ‘perfect cell’ for Brynn! Luis was very professional, helpful and informative! Louis was the gentleman who helped us and he was great to work with! He was friendly, kind, explained the processes and pricing thoroughly and truly made the experience painless. We walked out of the store very happy and would request having him help us again in the future.

Visited the store in November to add a line and inquire about WIFI home service and had a great experience, ALL THANKS to Mello. He displayed the following in an exceptional manner: patience; informative/solid knowledge about various products and plans; empathy; humor; and an overall superb customer service experience. We came in with a lengthy list of needs and questions and Mello fulfilled and answered, respectively, all of them.
Attn AT&T leadership: you should seriously consider promoting him to train onboarding reps because your company and your customers benefit with service like his. We added a line and WIFI - two new services. This VOC considers Mello a value-added asset.

Dalton was immensely helpful with my transition from Verizon Wireless to AT&T. He took the time on two separate occasions to help me secure a Hotspot and then migration to AT&T on my current iPhone. I highly recommend Dalton and the team at this factory store at Westgate in Fairview Park.

Zach was simply OUTSTANDING today! He completely exceeded all my expectations. Personable, knowledgeable, while fulfilling all my wants & needs concerning my cell phone and plan purchase. I was apprehensive before entering the store fearing the worst. Zach made me comfortable from our introduction all the way through my account & phone set up. I couldn't be more pleased w/ ATT & Zach. I would have even taken him up on their TV offer had I already not had service. I highly recommend asking for him personally and choosing ATT.

Dalton was great- helpful, efficient, and personable! Melanie was an excellent help as well and keeps things running smoothly. It's not often you have a thoroughly enjoyable time replacing an old phone but I will definitely return to this store in the future.

I was in this AT&T store today and I have to say I have not had such great personal service and customer attention since the 1990s! A young man named Zachary helped me with a problem I was having with my phone and my account. Zachary never lost his cool. He knew so much about the phones, the system and the problem I was having. He took the time to show me my bill step by step and explain everything to me! He kept working on the problem until it was solved!! I feel like he must have attended some sort of Cell Phone College! They are definitely doing a great job at this AT&T store in Rocky River!! Thank you!

I recently got a new phone and needed quite a bit of help trading it in and setting it up. Kurt, Kris and Nick were absolutely fantastic.
I am so thankful for their patience and knowledge.

I came in to simply get a super old android activated for prepaid service and left with a brand new iPhone 13 with 700 dollars off all because of of an employee named Timothy G. He noticed I was eligible for a special promotion due to being a previous customer and helped me maximize my discounts! I left with an iPhone, a charger, a case, and a screen protector and paid no more than $113 total. He was very knowledgeable about all things cellular and very funny too. The customer service I received From him is truly a 10/10 experience. Strongly recommend this store. Give that man a raise!!!

This is the best AT&T store. I love going to them. We worked with Alexander today and he got us all fixed up after someone at a different store created a little mess for our plan. He had a great personality and knew his information did not try to up-sell us on things we didn’t need. It is always the best experience with the AT&T store in Fairview.

Nick helped me and my wife out with getting our son's first phone along with other changes I had to make on my account. He was very knowledgeable about offers and deals, professional and courteous.
