Panera Bread

I'm convinced this is one of the finest establishments you will ever set foot into.
From the managerial level all the way down to the simple details, this Panera bread is absolutely exceptional. I don't come here just for my morning cup of coffee, I come here for friendships, warm greetings and reliable smiles. Highly recommended!

Love this Panera, shout out to Liz for making my delivery the way I wanted, I called to make a special request and she made everything as I need!

This Panera is fantastic! I’m here very often as I signed up for their Sip Club monthly subscription. My orders have always been on time or early, and all the workers are very nice and helpful.

Met up with some friends for dinner and decided to change it up and try the Baja Bowl. Healthy and tasty. I recommend it!

Needed a lunch for 7 people on the morning of. Called the main Panera delivery line and found out it would take too long (2 1/2 hrs). Called this place and they said I could pick the order up in 20 minutes. Closer Paneras to downtown, but this one has a parking lot and was an easy 17 minute drive.

This Panera location is wonderful every time I go there. It's generally quite busy and the employees are friendly, courteous, and do their job with a smile. The food came quickly and was exactly as ordered. The do such a wonderful job, and I am particularly grateful for how well they take care of my dear friend Ed, who is a retired veteran who eats there nearly every day. When he was in the hospital recently, I went to get him lunch and thr manager knew exactly what to prepare for him. Thank you so much for the care and consideration you show your customers. It is so appreciated! :)

Nice atmosphere, good food. They make sure you know that there are 0 calories in the hot water that they serve. This does not mean that their customers are too dumb to know that.

There were two waitreses working behind the counters, one of them were done w/ takings orders from her cust,& she looked at me then turned her head as to ignore me made me feel some kind of way, like she was racist, & mind u me & my grandmother were the only blacks in panera bread,so another waitress seen her reaction,so she waited on me & my grandmother,she was so kind to me & my grandmother, due to the fact cause of how the other waitress looked at us & ignored us,she even went through putting another table together w/ the table we were sitting at to make us more room, she was an angel, she bought our food over to the table she gave me a discount off also on one of the pies so that way my grandmother had a slice and I had a slice, cause you get One automatically for $0.99 & the other slice I got for a discount off and that was so nice of her. I always eat at the Panera Bread on Mayfield me & my friend, but this time I ate at this Panera Bread cause I happen to be out that way taking my mom to a doctor's appointment ,if I'm out this way again I will pay another visit & stop & eat there since she were so nice to me & my mom. & made us feel welcome, all because one person showed their ignorance, doesn't stop me from visiting again,my grandmother was so kind she gave the nice waitress a tip.I wish everyone in the world didn,t look at the color of skin.😞😒,,,, I 😍 everyone..

Very positive and welcoming. From the person at the register to the supervisor who prepared my food and made sure to change her gloves because I had an allergy. Great customer service and my food was prepared the way I like it with my specifications. Would definitely go back, I was very appreciative of the care they showed towards sanitation & food. They also had my bearclaw, that I had to stop by 2 additional stores for.

This is am excellent example of the standard of customer service that I have known Panera to hold! As a previous employee of Panera, I can appreciate their attention to customer service when I ordered 6 cinnamon rolls, and they only had 4. The manager on duty, Ryan, was extremely eager to offer a variety of solutions to correct the situation. I left feeling pleased and valued, with a desire to return- which I DO every single week as this is directly next to both of my businesses.

Editing my 4 star and taking it up to a 5. This place goes above and beyond. They have great staff and they are always friendly. I'm becoming a regular here, and the consistency of quality and service is on par. Great job Rocky River Panera! 👏

As with all Panera Bread locations the menu items are pretty good and pricing is fair. This overall location was very clean and the employees were fast and friendly and were able to get my order together correctly in a very short. Of time. The outside area is safe and secure with plenty of parking around the building there is plenty of parking and relatively easy and close access to the freeway and other local attractions. I recommend this location to anyone and I certainly will visit it again myself.

If say I go to this location the most it's very nice and clean they have sanitizer and wipes all employees wear masks everyone is friendly they are doing all they can to provide a safe and healthy environment to enjoy your food they even have the curbside pickup so you don't even have to go inside to get your beverage or food. They even have an outside dining area. You can even join they coffee club and get unlimited hot coffee, tea and iced coffee. Currently it's free to join and free drinks until 9/7/2020

Had a little delivery error today where a few of my items were missing. I called and they immediately let me know that they were going to be sending my order ASAP. Came within minutes and threw in some extra cookies and chips! I appreciated the quick and generous correction. Thank you!

Simple process; I ordered my favorite soup there. It was Cream of chicken and wild rice, because I had just left the dentist office and my mouth was numb, so I wanted something smooth to eat. Fruit worked also at home. I could have just made oatmeal 😄 there was no long wait. A few minutes.

When ever I come here the people are always nice to me and always get my order ready on time! I come here a lot so the employees know me and the manger, Ryan, is always welcoming and helps me out right away! With all the places I go to this place definitely has the best customer service!

As a visitor to US I have mot had someone the choices on offer and staff kindly to took time to advise. Great choices. Clean restroom. Really enjoyed food we brought out to. Thank you.

The sandwich I had was really great. It was even better since it was free. Every so often they email me and say l have a free something, cookie, drink, sandwich. I ordered online, drove up while I was at work, walked in and it was ready, bagged up to go with my name on it. Couldn't have been easier.

Great place to meet your friends for a meal.

We have Junior League meetings here in the community room and we are so grateful for the ease of booking and the delicious food and service we always receive!
