Borderline Cafe

In search of a diner in Lakewood, Ohio, I discovered this establishment. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. There were so many choices on the menu! As a first timer, my friend and I settled on the Chorizo Tacos and Breakfast Quesadilla. We added a blueberry muffin. The muffin was grilled--absolutely amazing! The food was prepared to order and exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a delicious spot for breakfast/brunch--this is it!

Outstanding breakfast!! Had a very hometown diner kind of feel. Many of the staff and customers had relationships and as a first timer, we were treated with A+ service and felt right at home. Then there was the food! Our meals were DELICIOUS!! And everything going by us has us wanting to go back tomorrow.

This is definitely going to be a new fav spot, and lucky for us it’s right down the road. Excellent everything! If you’re reading this, just go there and I promise you’ll be happy you did!

Utter perfection. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Staff are warm, cheerful, and friendly. Food is heavenly. Highest recommendation!

Easily one one of the best breakfasts in all of Cleveland. Super friendly, fast service. Delicious, fresh ingredients. Huge, varied menu. Hot, fresh coffee. Couldn't ask for much more. A+

I had read a lot about their stuffed french toast and it was totally worth the visit. Wonderfully welcoming staff, great freshly brewed coffee and a menu full of “musts”. Bring cash, you will head home with a treat.

It can definitely be busy and you may have but it IS worth it. I’ve come with friends
and solo over the years, and have never had a bad experience.

Everything I’ve had is great, but I am addicted to the home fries with queso. Im not much of a queso fan but theirs is fantastic!!!

Good service and a nice family atmosphere. Got the blueberry pancakes and they were alright. Would get some waffles next time. They gave us cookies for paying with cash which were pretty good.

Always amazing! I never stray from the bacon avocado Benedict, but everything else on the menu looks great too!

So I love this restaurant run and owned by 2 biological sisters. This place is a neighborhood staple that is like a bed and breakfast morning atmosphere. Everyone is happy and excited to start their day. It is actually cozy not small and tight. Now let me speak on their chairs. I have to collapsed vertebrae and the chairs are so perfect and comfortable to me. I didn't want to leave.
Well the food is why people come of course and they NEVER disappoint. I hope their children will keep this place going when these ladies retire.

With a old-time atmosphere and highly pleasant service experience, I cannot recommend this place enough. The only thing Im upset about is that I dont live close enough to try their full menu!

Probably one of the best breakfast restaurants around. Small, quaint, and clean. The service is fantastic and the food comes out fast. I always order the stuffed french toast or pulled pork hash. The food is great every single time.

How has this not showed up on best breakfast in Cleveland lists? The french toast with the cream cheese inside icing is fantastic. I also had the steak and egg sliders.... I'm sure everything else is fantastic though. Quick and super friendly service but then again it was a work week friday morning.

The stuffed French toast was phenomenal, the staff was friendly, and the place was adorable. I'll definitely be back soon!

Been going here for years, run by two lovely, very friendly ladies who do a great job with a good selection imof breakfast foods. Service is brisk and friendly. The atmosphere is very breakfast Cafe bight colored walls simple furnishings small space.
There's always a line out the door which moves quickly!

This is the best place for breakfast in Lakewood. The steak sliders were unreal. Come before ten o’clock on the weekends if you want to get seated.

Cute and cozy small eatery with delicious breakfast options. Friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend!
