Dunkin'

I usually never have a problem and I usually get my order when I did this day however was not the case I asked for Less ice I get a cup full from bottom to top of ice so instead of getting a large latte I get a small basically he was rude about it and wouldn't even let me use my free coupon

Great service and consistent food and drinks!

This is consistently one of the better Dunkins in the area (and I've tried them all!) they move lines much more quickly, on average are much more accurate and make better drinks than other locations in the west side cleveland area. For those complaining, keep in mind it's still a fast food joint during a recession/pandemic recovery period...you can only expect so much. This place definitely does better than most, and the employees are nicer too.

These guys do a fantastic job with dealing with the morning influx of people! The line is always backed onto Lorain when I go in the mornings and it moves quick, especially compared to other DD. Drinks are always made right and they're very accommodating for people like myself who have food allergies and sensitivities. Hats off to them!

Location on Lorain in north olmsted is a good one. Good coffee. Great service

They do a great caramel macchiato I definitely prefer it over Starbucks and also I haven't always had the best customer service experience . just as far as the employees being kind and saying simple stuff like hello but in the past few months I've noticed everyone's been really kind and friendly and more welcoming. The only negative thing I have is I've been there 15 minutes to closing and they said they were already closed

Go to this location not Lorain / Sterns. Friendly line moves quickly. I get charged correctly. I'd go here before other locations.

The service is very quick. I ordered a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant - it was pretty good. They sell cute coffee mugs and even lip balm with the DD logo!

The customer service was excellent. The donuts were delicious. My daughter was indecisive and the cashier was extremely patient with her. The Sunday morning atmosphere was tranquil and serene

A great Dunkin' Donuts! As someone that can be described as a fat slob with no self-control and has a penchant for donuts, I frequent many a Dunkin' Donuts. The staff here is always kind, cordial, and polite. On my most recent visit, the gentleman working the drive thru stopped me from driving away without my receipt because I earned a free reward that was on the receipt.

I called in my order while I was in route to their store and asked them to have it ready for pickup within 10 to 15 minutes. It was ready and all I had to do was walk in and pick it up. So simple and yummy!

So a few years ago we moved and I haven't been here in a while. We were out running around and in the area and decided to stop. I felt like Norm from Cheers as I was welcomed by the awesome staff who remembered me and asked how I was and where I'd been. Wonderful fast hard working crew with a few new faces who, you can see, they've done a great job of training. Very happy to see they have almond milk nkw too. The multigrain bagels are also fantastic.

Every time that I go to this Dunkin’, and believe me, I’m a regular, I’m happy and glad that I went. The staff is both speedy and friendly, which is the best of both worlds! Conveniently placed at the corner of 210 and Lorain, this Dunkin’ is top-notch!

Laid back location, good service

This place is little outof my regular commute but still I would love to go this place again and again. And now on I will go to this DD cause This is the First DD I saw like this. Very good Place. Very clean DD. Employees are very friendly and super nice.

I frequent this establishment often. Staff is extremely friendly. Owner and management always say hello and try to assist you in any way they can. Coffee gets 5 stars of course. * * * * *

Dunkin Donuts on the corner of West 210 is the best Dunkin Donuts in the world I love it the service is great is fast they know exactly what you want they know me very well they know exactly how to make my coffee I love them I have gone to other Dunkin Donuts but they don't compare everyone who works there or super friendly and I love them they're the best thank you Dunkin Donuts for the best service ever and the best coffee LOL

I have gone here maybe a handful of times.... I have always gone through drive thru... The staff is always polite and friendly.... I have to say the service is much faster here then any other Dunkin' Donuts I have gone to..... I will continue to go here, even though I have to drive a bit farther to get there........ The pumpkin cold brew special is super bussing, then to mix it with a pumpkin donut, you got yourself an overload of fall, and Halloween all in one. Beautiful mix!!!
