So great to walk into a complete store with parts and a service center to get help from real people.

We needed a small fuel gasket for a Honda power washer. Couldn't find it at the local hardware store. So we called Home Depot and were put on hold. While on hold , we headed over there. No help. No part. So we went home. 45 mins later Home Depot responded to our hold call so lame.

The next morning husband called Stark. We purchased a 17 dollar carbureto in stock r that we my husband installed in 5 mins Good to go. .

One of the ‐ if not the - top yard care implement stores in the Portland metro area. We have purchased a lawn mower, a pole saw, and just recently a chain saw. All to keep the yard as tame as possible. In addition, we have had several other power tools serviced here, and all have received top quality maintenance. Literally running and performing as hoid as the day they were purchased. The staff is always courteous, patient, and helpful.

Friendly and informative, my Honda mower was assembled and started prior to taking it home. Service you do not receive from those large stores like Home Depot or Lowes. Price was right in line with what you'll find anywhere.

I went in here a while back to purchase a weed trimmer after being fed up with cheap department store pieces of junk. I got exactly what I was looking for in the budget I had and my Echo has ran like a dream since. No pushing salesman, no gimmicks. Recently I got a used Stihl blower and it didn’t run so I brought it in to the service department and Jason got it going in about 1 minute free of charge and offered good advice on how to maintain and keep the machine in good condition. These guys are the perfect example of customer service done right and they have my business for life. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my 12 year old Husqvarna gas mower here for repair in early spring. Employee was honest, told me the estimated repair time would be 6-8 weeks, which it was. I believe that the repair cost of $156 for a carb, plug, filter, and a clean up (didn't expect that) was very fair. Employees were friendly, honest and helpful, offered assistance loading and unloading. I would return here without question.

Had a great experience here buying a lawnmower right for my yard. I was actually talked into a less expensive mower based on describing the size of yard I had. Great honest sales staff. Gary was super friendly and talked me through my options vs. pushing a fast sale.

I got here minutes before they closed, didn't faze them at all. The fella at the counter was cheerful, helpful and didn't care I was keeping him a bit late. He gave me honest advice even tho it would not have generated income for the business. He was honest about delivery time, which was greatly appreciated, thanks STLG!!

I was looking for a Cub Cadet RZT S. Home Depot had not idea how to order one even though it was on their web site. I looked on line and found one at Start Street L&G. I called and they said they had one in stock. I said I wanted to buy it but I couldn't come in until the next day. No problem they said. I showed up the next day, the paper work was ready and all I had to do was swipe my card. The mower was ready and serviced. The loaded it into the back of my pick up truck and I was on my way home all in about 20 min. Not sure how the service could have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. The mower works great, by the way.

Friendly service and good work getting my lawn mower ready to go for the season. I had gone to another place, who wouldn't deign to serve me. These guys will, even if you do have a cheap lawn mower like I do. Next time I buy, I'll go here. Building is accessible, and the parking is good, too.

Adam helped me. I already knew what I wanted. He offered alternatives on the phone and then uncrated and prepped the mower I wanted within 90 minutes, and got me taken care of without wasting any time or trying to sell me anything I didnt need. Bought a Toro Zero Turn mower. So far, couldn't be happier! He was helpful, and their prices were as good as Homes Depot, but these guys are actually authorized to repair them, too.

I picked up my Cub cadet SX 54 today. I just got my trailer fixed so that I could pick it up today. 6-5-2018. I had 4 d-rings welded inside the bottom part of the trailer. I put 4 heavy duty lashings on all 4 corners. Then I put a moving blanket on and the a cargo net. I the took a 40 ft lashing winch & nylon strap & ran it back & forth front to back. I left & headed out the 205 freeway. I made it 10 miles when a lady , that was in the fast lane going 10 mph put on her turn signal & turn in front of me & stop. I guess she missed her exit. I plowed into her going 50 mph ? totally smashed her rear end. Called 911 & when I looked up she took off. My cub Cadet had just a little damage. I took a long time to tie that Cub down & it paid off. If anybody saw this accident call the cops.

Would like to say after a few calls we got our mower back. And they made it right in our view. So this company has good Morales for a local business they put the customer ahead of money .Thanks for doing what was fair.

Best Lawn and Garden store in town Ive brought lots of my lawn equipment in for annual services and repairs for years and still do , The Service Dept and the mechanics that work there are great If I was they're boss id give the whole service dept a raise :)

I started coming here several years ago because they sold & repaired electrical landscape equipment. Every time I’ve come in I’ve had great service, even when I have lots of questions. They were able to give me options for the electrical equipment I needed as well as answer questions when I was having a hard time getting one of the pieces to work.

Very helpful place. I buy parts from them when needed. They sharpen my lawnmower blade for me and they can also do service and repairs. They also sell whole units.

Stellar staff plus all the best of the best landscaping gear and equipment. They do rentals and repairs as well as selling. Great prices, too. I'm a fan for life!
