Thank you Ann’s Beauty. I am currently in your store and once again I have purchased a $400+ wig. I’ve taken a picture of your wonderful staff cutting my lace front and my receipt. I’m doing this because I’ve had a terrible time with Tisun who, like you, have a mostly African American clientele still not letting us try on wigs as of 7/14/2023. Thank you for not mistreating your customers who are spending hundreds and over time thousands of hard earned $$$ with you.

I don’t like being treated like a criminal. We can go into salons, get lashes, facials, eyebrows, shop for clothes and should be able to try on this expense purchase which is not returnable. Please don’t change. Customer for life. I’ll travel further to be treated with respect and care.

I’ve been to this location many of times over the past 2 to 3 years since I’ve been in Charlotte. They always have what I need so to me that’s quite consistent. And I love consistency, especially when I need something and it’s there and it’s exactly what I want it. I always get a hello when I come in the door, and I always get a thank you when I finish checking out. This is the store that I go to for special items because Sally beauty store doesn’t carry everything, and Sally is very expensive for common items, but they do carry items I can’t get at Ann’s.

I will continue to go to Ann’s beauty at this location, to get what I need. And today this store was packed with a lot more merchandise than I have seen in the past three years. They have ALL of the latest products.

This place is amazing. Huge selection. Good prices. Ashley always helps us with the vibrant hair dyes and she is very knowledgeable and kind.

I love this place they always have everything I need from hair accessories to hair/body oils.

Being a 'bull in a china shop", this business and the team working inside take the time to listen to you and then walking with you to explain what they have. The bottom line is they make sure you have exactly what you need! Love this place.

This is the best beauty supply store in the city . Hands down. The selection of products is only second to a bigger store, however, what sets Ann's Beauty Supply apart from the rest, is the customer service. You are treated like a person there. Nobody is blatantly following the customers around each aisle, (to ensure the safety of the products), there is always someone to help you find whatever you need. And y'all, check this ... *whispers. LOUDLY. They're all nice!!! So go there. Right now. Get your Ann's Beauty Card, and earn discounts better than what they have on their signs!

If your like me and are looking for a good wig for an affordable price but don’t wanna buy online and have to wait I would suggest going here. I got my wig for $140 18inch deep curl wave. There are a couple of surrounding beauty supply stores that charge way more for not that good of a selection. This store has a wide variety for reasonable prices on wigs. The lady who usually greets you at the door helped me find exactly what I was looking for such a really big help. Great customer service as well. Chooses Anne’s beauty supply for your next beauty haul.

First time at the location. I went to purchase crochet passion twists. They had a variety to choose from.

Great spot, all selections from lace frontals, ranging in great prices. Parking is excellent. Customer service on point. Awesome. Large selection no cap. This the spot and you won't be wearing the same hair everyone gets from Tryon 😭😭 Ladies this is the place to slay your lace!!!!!

Every time I shop in this store, I am welcomed and treated with respect. Whatever help I need, I receive it. The staff is very friendly. Their store has a lot of options. It's actually refreshing to shop at a beauty supply store and not feel crowded. All of the items are evenly spaced out across the store.

Went here to purchase some hair dye it was plenty of varieties to choose from. Was very impressed with the selects of other products I was looking for as well. Will definitely return

I have been following them since I've moved here to Charlotte. I would travel all the way to the South side just to see them and purchase my things. They make you feel like family. Now that they are 3 mins away from now on Eastway I couldn't be more excited. By far the best hair store In Charlotte 😘😘😘

Love this place!!! It has everything that I need and more. I normally would have to drive to different stores to find my products, but not now. Ann's is the best. And the prices are wonderful too...

This place is beyond friendly. I walked in and felt welcomed. They helped me to find everything I was looking for! I love their products! I will for sure be a regular customer!!
