Had a great time with my ladies group, everyone had a great attitude and made it fun! It was my first time making candles and I loved it 🥰

This is the ultimate place for a great girls/date night. Black owned/woman owned business. I made a reservation for the wrong day and when i called to switch the owner was so nice and accommodating and made the change with zero problems. Upon arriving the place is so cute and clean. The owner and staff provided a 10/10 experience. So professional. We went there for a girls night celebrating my friends birthday and had so much fun. If you’re looking for a fun night out go here. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing time making candles with my girls. Aisha was an awesome host, she laughed and talked, explained everything well. It was clean smelled amazing, it's was a very inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Wicksup Candle Co. for an amazing candle experience to everyone.

So my husband and I were there this past Thursday it us and the owner shout outs to her because she was awesome and she made us feel at home. She was not overbearing and shadowing . She was cool professional yet she gave homegirl vibes. The place was clean smelled good. All of her candle oils, or test fragrances were capped so you were not getting any over whelming or powerful smells of different fragrances like you would do at other candle places and or like perfume places which was a big big big plus for me. Also, she provides a nose cleanser, which is you sniff cocoa beans to clear your smell palette most places don’t have it, so that was a plus. Also all of the fragrances she had were pretty good. I made a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful smell so did my man and so far they still smell good it is now Monday and I just can’t wait to see in like another week or so how they’re going to smell because the longer you wait to light them the more the fragrance is infused and the smell is even better she told us so their already smelling goody now I’m like I just can’t wait for I’ll update about that but yeah I plan to go back soon. Great place to make candles. They do parties, or it can be a date night with you and your mate. You pick the scent you like and want from around 40 or 50 different oils and can mix up to 3 to make your own scent for your candle.

This was honestly one of the funnest experiences ever. I felt like a little girl being here.
We were given an array of smells to choose from, being able to select which ever we liked then building the candle ourselves w her help & guidance 🥹

I came here to make my own candles and absolutely loved my time. The owner was super outgoing, friendly, funny and knowledgeable, and was nice to talk to while she guided us through this new experience. So many scents and candle holders to choose from, you can combine up to 3 scents! Makes the perfect custom gift for people and will definitely be returning, thank you for fun relaxing time, wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

I booked a candle making private party, the day after my birthday. We all enjoyed the experience. Love our candles. And the owners were such gracious hosts. I would highly recommend it. And my girlfriend is booking her party this October.

My first time here and I LOVED it!!! I enjoyed the 'vibe' (as the young people say) and I als enjoyed learning about the candle making process and how to preserve my candle....we're definitely coming back!!! I also want to say I appreciate them not rushing us, when we chose our scents and just having fun with us...I highly recommend Wicksup Candle Company and I'm excited for my next visit!!! 😊

This was my first time at a candle making class, and I must say I really enjoyed myself. FUN, FUN, FUN. 🙂 The staff were very pleasant and professional whom greeted our group with a smile. Creating my candle and smelling all the different smells was relaxing. I love the atmosphere that it gave me. A great girlz day out setting. 👍 Kudos to the owner who is African American Owned, was nice and down to earth who came in and introduced herself. I HAD A BALL!! I would recommend this for everyone. I even seen some gentleman there too. Go and check it out for yourself If you haven't been yet.

We had a group event here today... the staff was excellent ...professional yet super friendly...and our candles turned out so nice!!!! Prices are so great, which is a bonus.... To add to the awesome factor, it's owned by a black woman who is super dope so 10/10, we will definitely be back!!!

I give this experience a 10/10! I Had an maxing time with my girls from Florida. We absolutely looooved the ambiance, the vibe and the overall experience. When we left we all said this class was so therapeutic it was right up our alley. I lit my candle (2 days sooner😩) but I couldn’t help it. The candle smells AMAZING.

I was searching for a black-owned candle making business to bring my mother and sister to while I was back home in Detroit visiting. I found Wicksup via a Google search. The website was very straightforward. I reserved our spots and paid our deposits online. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner Aisha. Her bubbly and friendly welcome was much appreciated. We had a wonderful time picking out scents and preparing our candles. Wicksup was welcoming, clean and a fun time. I highly recommend. The experience is priceless. Please support this business located right outside the city in Oak Park inside of Greenfield Plaza on the lower level.🧡
