Everyone was so kind and helpful. I really love the fact that they knew their stuff. Very knowledgeable on the products. I mentioned what I needed and was looking for, and she knew right where to go. Will be coming inside to order versus online now on. I went online because customer service was always friendly at other places.

Came here on 1/21 and right when I walked though the doors I was welcomed and helped with all of my needs and questions! I felt like I belonged here and I was very happy with the service and the supplements that I got! Even though i don’t live in this area the drive here is so worth it and not only that I will be telling my friends and family about this place that they will be getting more out of town business! A major thank you to the gentleman that helped me yesterday! He is one of the reasons on why I will be back!

I had a very pleasant experience at The Vitamin Shoppe. I have purchased from this store previously, however what made this purchase more special than before was because I was told in a dream what product to get that would help with my condition. I have both Fibromyalgia and high LDL cholesterol. What is the product you may ask? Of course, I don't mind sharing. Olive Leaf Extract. I'm about to put pharmaceuticals and doctors out of business lol. Sorry not sorry. Olive leaf extract is great for a number of things from high cholesterol, diabetes, herpes simplex 1 and 2, Fibromyalgia, infection, inflammation, etc. Of course research it for yourself and discuss it with your doctor first but it has a lot of natural health benefits. Because I'm about that natural life, I believe in natural cures and remedies. I can't wait for next doctor's visit and blow her mind and of course to see what my new LDL numbers look like. The gentleman that helped me was super knowledgeable and pleasant. I asked my questions concerning the product and he reassured me that taking the liquid form absorbs much quicker in the blood stream. I can say with the incorporation of a much cleaner diet, I have been seeing major improvement in my condition. Results may vary for different people but whatever you're looking for Vitamin Shoppe has it. The key to taking the olive leaf extract is to put it in a flavored drink of your choice to mask the taste but make sure to always read the instructions FIRST. The young man that checked me out was also a jewel as well and made sure that I was a rewards member as well as suggested that for items that I may repeat purchases, their system allows you do what is called Auto delivery. The first gentleman told me to come back and see them and he let me know that the other staff members are very knowledgeable about the products which is very encouraging. As I thought back to the dream which ultimately led me to The Vitamin Shoppe, I honestly felt like it was destiny that led me there. As I recall, the gentleman that assisted me looked very similar to the person in my dream and had the same smile. I believe it was divined destiny. Don't go based off of my dream but because you're wanting a healthier lifestyle. Just like the bible, read it for yourself. Knowledge is power so I wish you to be prosperous and in good health!

I absolutely love this place. I never feel like I am overcharged, or they attempt to sell me something I don't need. They are thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I don't mind spending a single penny there. Justin is that dude, too. He always makes me feel welcomed, and always has advice or recommendations. I recommend this place 10/10 times.

Always knowledgeable and polite service. Being a female I unfortunately get eyebrow raises of doubt at most stores of this type. No such doubt at this store. They ask questions to make sure you have what you need and/or lead you to what you need if you have a good enough description of your desired product.

Every store clerk I have run across here, In the past couple of years, has been awesome. Who ever does the interviews and hiring deserves credit along side the personnel they hired. Hopefully corporate does recognition 😉.

Store is always in a state of excellent cleanliness and organization as well.

Simple as it can be. Going there just to see what they got is always interesting around that shopping center area. I like going here because it's close to my house and they always have sales on some products from time to time and it's worth it. They also have a program where you can have an order set up for auto delivery for the products you like! 😀 save up points and get money towards whatever you want off. I had like $15 I could use towards my checkout deducted and for just proof right there I'm happy!!! 😊

Went to this location see what kind of deals were avaliable. Sales rep was nice and greeted right off the bat. I had a few questions and the sales rep had answers and suggestion. Would definitely recommend people to visit here

I went there today looking for a specific item that I could not find anywhere else. This place had what I was looking for. No other places had this item. So grateful for this. The guys working in there were super helpful and very nice!!

All three employees that were there during my visit were not only friendly and willing to help me, but also really knowledgable about the products we were discussing. I was very impressed.

Was clueless as to where the product I was looking for was located. The staff quickly assisted me with locating it, answering all of my questions about that product and similar ones, and were extremely professional in how they dealt with me.

The employees here are so helpful and so friendly. They always make sure I'm aware of the sale if I'm buying products that qualify. The store is clean and organized which makes shopping quick and easy.

Very friendly and helpful the young lady with the long black hair and glasses was very helpful and the next week I went in she asked how my sister liked the product. With great customer service like that I will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience here the other day. The store associates helped me and told me that their brand of vitamins were 50% off for the second bottle you purchase! Excellent deals! I only get my vitamins from here !

The vitamin Shoppe in Greensboro is friendly very well stocked and easy to get to if the high point store doesn't have the product you need go to Greensboro

Has specific vitamins and supplements I want like K2-MK7, or Magnesium in an absorbable form.

This store has many natural products. I really love this place! Great customer service as well.

They have everything they were literally cleaning while stocking I went in for one thing walked out with what I really wanted and alot more.
