I come here for the coffee, but mostly for the genuinely friendly service. The girl with the hexagon glasses and dreads makes my day with her kindness! She goes above and beyond and is an excellent barista :)

Staff are friendly and effective. They always make my drinks perfect.

This is a Starbucks I keep coming back to. They do my drinks right and their drive thru is quick and speedy. Seems like they’re competing with Chick-fil-A right next to them! I also absolutely love the baristas here!!

My 6 year old son and I always come to this location before our taekwondo class for almost 2 years now. It is our routine to visit this lovely place. The staff is amazing always. We are always greeted with smiles on their faces even on busy days. They know us as soon as we enter that door. They always make my drink perfectly. My son loves the popcorn, chips, impossible breakfast and of course the water from SB. Lol
We would recommend them to families and friends. Thank you to all the hard working staff and managers!

One of my favorite places. Although the coffee is good, If you haven't done so, try the Medicine Ball tea. Awesome staff and good menu items.

Those people are family to us, we are regulars and they know us by name and if they see us drive up they have our drinks on the board! Love this!

Starbucks aka Fivebucks because five points on the star and everything in the place cost $5.00...but I digress, they deserve to serve on these streets, I say they earn their keep. They are handy with the beans if you know what I mean, making great coffee 7 days a week....

So If you’re thirsty for something cold I’d get an Irish cream cold brew as pictured with my review.

My husband and I were visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and went to this Starbucks location. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. There was an African American lady that greeted every customer and knew them by name. I’m assuming she probably was a manager or team leader. She was great! I wish I had got her name. Staff were coming in a as well and she greeted them by name with a big smile. You can tell she loves her job. When I’m back in Greensboro I will definitely visit this location again.

Went through drive-thru with no issues they were nice as always and always good. Made my coffee, hood customer service and my order was right as well as good.

I’m a frequent visitor at Starbucks. I decided to stop at this location which I’ve only visited once. I ordered an ice coffee yesterday and it didn’t taste like what I normally order. I called and spoke with the manager she was extremely pleasant. She told me to come back and she would fix it. When in this morning and decided to switch to something else the manager took really good care of me. I’m so glad I decided to give this location another chance. I wasn’t able to get the managers name but she works the early am shift. She is a true example of great customer service! The team members seemed to work so well together. It was a pleasant environment.

A very pleasant experience here today. I have some temporary vision problems and the young man on duty taking orders was not only very pleasant but also went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. I truly appreciated that, sorry I did not get his name to recognize him publicly here!

Always a pleasure coming to this Starbucks! Even though my wife made an order for pickup somethings happened with the systems and they didn't get our order. They checked her mobile app and made the order for us anyways. Oh they totally forgot her pumpkin spice muffin 🎃🧁 but when I came back in to let them know they had finally received our order from the first time so the Manager gave us that order as well as the muffin so I guess it was our lucky day! Truly thankful and blessed 🙌 My wife actually wants to work at Starbucks so bad so we hope an pray she gets the job. 🙏 Love this Starbucks they're always friendly, respectful, and man are they fast

A Little Pricey. But Excellent CSR and Coffee.

These guys are on top of it. They always have my mobile order ready, it’s always right. They greet you when you walk in and deliver the exact kind of service you want for spending $6 on a coffee. Much better than the Starbucks on Wendover for sure

I UberEats from this Starbucks to work all the time, but I had to make a review today because whoever made my Chai Tea Latte did a PHENOMENAL job! Depending on which Starbucks I go to, I sometimes worry about how my drink will taste, but THIS Starbucks has always been consistent. I appreciate this location 💛
