Lowe's Home Improvement

Stopped to pick up a ship to store order. Service was excellent. Kelli did a fantastic job of finding and getting my order to the pick up area. She even got someone to help load my storm door purchase. I recommend this Lowe's, as this is not the only time I have received good service with my home projects, and appliance purchases.

My apologies, I planned on leaving this review earlier than now! I do believe the manager's name is Kerry. If not, please forgive me. We have visited many a Lowe's Home Improvement stores lately in the Plant section and all have been a major disappointment which you can see from my prior reviews. Until this location. This plant area is the best kept that I have ever seen! The plants are healthy and watered and well taken care of! They look amazing! Look at all the photos. This will be our go-to Lowe's from now on! We typically call the one in Kernersville ours....but no more. See for yourself....check out these beautiful plants! The Manager was awesome, very professional and very attentive! Very much a keeper for sure!

Lowe's is a great home store. They offer excellent customer service and have a great range of quality products such as flooring, tools, paint, doors, windows, shades, curtains, sinks, vanities, toilets, patio furniture, decorations, and appliances for the home; lumber, products, and hardware for those in construction, plumbing, and the electrical field or those doing home projects; and products for lawn care and gardening, including great plants, shrubs and trees, and the products to care for them.

Purchased bathroom vanity. We installed ourselves, however the staff at Lowe’s off wendover were incredibly helpful!

Not much to say, I love coming here. The store has a lot of great stuff for projects and the staff is always really helpful - any time I've looked even mildly lost looking for anything, someone has always come up and made sure I knew where to find what I was looking for. They've also gone out of their way to help me when I've asked for help (like with advice for project materials or showing me where there was lining outside for loading dusty/wet materials into my car).

I had Aziz helped me in the store. He was amazing and showed me exactly what I needed to get to fix the problem I had. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer care.

Lowe's Home Improvement offers a great selection of direct connect lights and bulbs compatible with both the Google and Alexa smart home devices. I was pleasantly surprised to discover several different shapes and sizes of the large "Edison" smart bulbs available to choose from as well.

I always enjoy shopping at Lowe's. I especially like that their sales people can help you find what you want quickly and easily.

Mr. TAMAJ Has heped ua 4 times in a row.
His patience and manors are what sets him apart. He actually went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what we needed. He did this while helping other customers at the same time.

Needed to replace my dishwasher. Both Tanner and Zach were very helpful and informative. Showed me several options in my price range and were well informed about the features and differences between the brands.
Home, after making my purchase, I got a call from Zach who had discovered a rebate on installation cost for the dishwasher I purchased!

I use this Lowe's all the time very friendly people that work there. And everything's pretty organized.

Professional service and good reliable products. The Staff is very knowledgeable.

After a disappointing experience at H.D., I found that Lowes had more variety of the item I wanted, both in price and various packages. And getting my Veterans Discount was, as always, easy and without a $400 annual limit. I appreciate Lowes Home Improvement.

At the Stanley Rd store, there's a young, tall, White man with a short ponytail that works in the plumbing department. He is always making himself available. He asked if he can help in any way. I go there on a regular basis because I am a Plumber. I know that I know more about plumbing than he does, and always turn his help down, but it truly appreciate his due diligence in always being there to try and help where he can!!!!! You need more people like him. I wish I knew his name because I want to shout out his praises!!!!!

Was greeted by several employees. Very personable. I got help loading my water heater onto a cart from the guy in plumbing (maybe John). He was great. So friendly and helpful. I got all the parts I needed. The lady running the pro exit (didn't catch her name), was a pleasure. And Kyle helped me load it and strap it down. This store is the best Lowe's around!

Go see Zack if you need appliances. He made sure we were satisfied.

Once again, Lowe’s has done it, always providing, exceptional customer service, and having the best deals; today, I came in to buy a new dryer. After looking around, I found the one Zack explained the details of my purchase and was very friendly and patient, as always I am pleased to purchase at Lowe’s.

My five star review is for an associate named Brian....not my service. On Saturday, May 6th, I purchased a lawn mower at customer service but needed help loading it in my vehicle. Brian saw me waiting in the parking lot for an associate (who never arrived). After about 30 minutes, Brian took it upon himself to retrieve the mower and bring it to my vehicle. I wanted to share how amazing he was. He called himself "old man Brian" and I truly wish more employees would take the extra step like he did. Thank you Brian.

I always have a great experience when I visit this Lowe's location on Emsley (off West Wendover). Mr. Daryl in the Home and Garden section is ALWAYS helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, great staff and leadership!
