Tevis delivery was prompt, polite and made our delivery with no complications. We also use them for our service maintenance contract and they are knowledgeable of our system and it's needs to operate at peak performance and saving us money. The technician was on time and polite.

Service plan clarified and repairs made

There was some initial confusion as to what parts for oil burner/furnace Total Care Heating Plan were covered under terms of the service contract. Met with Service Manager at the airport office and that was resolved, oil burner parts were replaced at no cost to me. The technicians that made the repairs were diligent in obtaining and replacing parts. Here's hoping to a worry free winter heating season.

The service that was provide to me by Miller's Fuel has not changed since Tevis Energy has acquired Miller's Fuel. Keep up the great customer service and look forward to Tevis meeting all my heating needs.
