I’m updating this review reflecting our experience after making an appointment. We got excellent help and were able to select fixtures. Advice was spot on. I would definitely go here again - but would make an appointment in advance.

As a warning to all - if you want help here you need to make an appointment. Don’t do like we did and walk in expecting to find help. There is a greeter, who is pleasant, at a desk by the door. He quickly told us everyone was busy, so no one could help. Then sat back down at his desk. Ironic.

We had the best experience at Ferguson’s picking out all of our fixtures for our new home. We met with Molly who was very helpful and has great decorating ideas! We also met Ashley who we believe knows every vendor by heart. This place has so many items to choose from and can be a little intimidating to someone like me that didn’t know exactly what they wanted. Both Molly & Ashley had great ideas and made this experience a great one! Thank you both!!!

I can’t say enough about the customer service you get from Ferguson’s!!!! I asked to pick up a portion of my order, so Ashley made a phone call & told me it would be ready in an hour. I went to their warehouse where Dave Bradshaw had it waiting for me. He even helped me pack it nicely in my car. You don’t find this kind of caring and helpfulness everyday, so I hope they get the recognition they deserve!!!!

Ashley made this experience painless. She helped me find the right fan models, answered all my follow-up e-mails, introduced me to a fan control app and recommended an experienced installation team that did a superb job. Mine was a small, homeowner' s project but she gave me attention worthy of a huge job. Thank you.

I was working on my garbage disposal project and ran into an issue, redirection of drainage lines. Went o home depot, Lowes and another store. They all recommended Ferguson. I arrived Ferguson 10 minutes before the plumbing area close, but David answered my questions and presented me the possible configuration with the parts patiently. It saved me a great deal of time and I finished the project the same day. i can't thank him enough for the help. He is knowledgeable and passionate. this store is my favorite now.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Called and was connected to Ashley. The absolute best! Ask for her. She goes above and beyond. Remember what that used to be? Yeah, ask for her, Ashley. Ordered pendants that ended up being back ordered. On multiple occasions she contacted me with updates. Was planning to go to plan B, but she reassured me these pendants would ship. I felt confident they would because of her. Then she called after 3 times and explained they were on their way. My fiancé and I are ecstatic! We wanted them so bad above our kitchen island. Ashley was so on top of our order. Tracking it and giving us updates. I rate this experience 5 out of 5 stars. I live in Cali but was in town for family and they needed some plumbing repaired. Went here for parts and I was helped by Dave in sales. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was very impressed and will check out your locations in LA. Dave set the bar pretty high and I recommend this location to anyone in Columbus.

After several failed attempts at online lighting selections, I went to the experts at Ferguson. Ashley is a lighting wizard and I am thrilled with my selections. She took out the guess work and helped me choose lighting appropriate for my spaces. I thought I would save money by buying online, but after two returns and Ferguson’s competitive pricing, not only are my selections beautiful, they are also fairly priced. Next time you’re in the market for a new light fixture, save some time and head to Ferguson!

I'm a tall person, and I like to take baths. They let me climb in the display models till I found the perfect one for me. They also have a very large number of lighting and water fixtures all right near each other so it is easy to compare features/style/price. Sure you can do it online, but in person you can touch it and see the real color and finish.

What can I say? I have done construction projects both residential and commercial for over 30 years. I also serve as a professor teaching residential construction at a local community college. Any business can be an "order taker." A mark of a true professional is someone who knows what works, what doesn't work, stands behind their product and offers variety as well as depth in their product line. Fergusons has been there with me for little and big jobs, and most recently I had the great opportunity to work with Kaitlyn Pearce on a residential new build.

I probably buried the lead in this review, as I should have started out with her name. Kaitlyn's patience, product knowledge and making it easy for us has no price tag. You are busy, the job is driving the cost and the time... you need and want someone who meets deadlines, helps you select, fixes problems and does it all with a smile. Kaitlyn is that person.

You can buy on Amazon if you view these products as a commodity. I prefer to build relationships that make my life easy, and that I can make a phone call, get a real person - get a real answer - and go back to doing what I was doing.
