Burger King

I was there for Whopper Wednesday. One of the best Whoppers I've had in a long time. Full of lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. I even called the store and complimented them on their Whopper.

Very impressed that this Burger King in Ephrata has someone constantly cleaning tables, chairs, sweeping and emptying trash. I've been here numerous times and this person is always cleaning. I've never seen this in any other fast food restaurant. Who's ever idea this was should be commended. Please keep it up! It's the only fast food rest. I'll go to anymore when I'm in need of a burger. And the food is better then their competitors.

I’ve had great service when stopping by first thing in the morning. It only takes about 2 minutes. Also, the Junior Burrito is well worth the $2!

I ordered a decaffeinated coffee but was given caffeinated. Apparently, no one cares that you may have an allergy.

Drive through was not full. They changed they're menu. Took out the bacon burgers, accept one. I miss the jalapeno peppers. Not a real fan of wraps

Very good service and food. Loved it and play area was great for kids. (So you can take their food.)

I don’t usually write reviews but since I work nearby I frequent this Burger King for breakfast, and every single time the service is always quick and amazing (under 2 minutes pretty much every single time). The food is always piping hot and they have never once messed up my order (I do a mobile order through their app). Even early in the morning the staff are happy, kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place for breakfast.

This is one of the better fast food locations I have been to. The management seems to foster a good working environment. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I also heard them joking with each other and they seem to generally enjoy being there.

We don’t eat out often but this is not too far from kids school. So sometimes when evenings are busy we get dinner on the go. The line here is often crazy but the workers are kind and do a great job even when under pressure.

Always hot & fresh, burgers are bomb! Staff is very friendly and considerate. Love that the indoor dinning is now open and the play area as well! This place is definitely better than any other fast food places in the area!

Dinner visit was pretty good. There was a long line through the drive through. It took about 15 minutes to place and receive my order. Food was hot and made correctly. Burgers were tasty as expected fries were hot and salty as expected.

My family loves the play area, and inside is generally clean and well maintained. Our family prefers this burger king

This is the best well managed Burger King in Lancaster County.
They do an incredible amount of business here, I can't eat most of McDonald's anymore and you can't beat the grill taste and smell here.
Rare moment tonight when they had issues with the soda Machine.
Overall, I'm well pleased with the service, however, whoever designed this restaurant was a idiot, the first window is a mile high for the drive thru.

I've never had any problems with this burger King location. Staff is always friendly, and my order has never been screwed up! What more can you ask for?

Everything was fine. The cashier was great and very friendly.

Dining room was closed, only service at the drive thru. They said they had staffing issues. Will not go there any longer.

A little slow in the drive thru but there’s a shortage in the country. Patience pays off though because the customer service is great. Very kind people working here and my food was hot. No complaints here!

Food was great, veggies were fresh, staff was professional. The line was very long, waited half an hour, but the dining room was closed, so thats to be expected. Good job to the employees for maintaining a good attitude! I'm sure they delt with a lot of angry impatient customers today. Keep up the good work! You are essential!

The line at the drive thru was backed up like crazy. It took awhile but the employee was very kind and apologized for the wait. Times are very hard right now. Short staffed and the supply chain issues and health problems. Great job!! Keep it up! Way to keep your composure!

I love love love burger king...i mean who doesn't??
This particular one needs like 10 lines for drive through because it's so busy all the time that the lines are backed up all the way through the very clean and tidy paying lot.
Help me help you burger king get more lines! 😃
