I’m never disappointed by Scratch Bakes. They have the best cupcakes in town and the wraps and sandwiches are great! The atmosphere is top notch with all the natural sunlight coming in from the windows. Excellent location right on Main Street!

Very cool old building. Loved the entrance door, must be 10 feet high. Wrap was just crispy on the outside which we both loved. Food was very good and quick service. We will be back!

Honestly sad I didn’t find this place sooner. The best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had. My husband loved his egg sandwich. We also got the potatoes soup and it was great!

The cupcakes looked so good, beautifully decorated and smelled amazing. They have Vegan, Gluten-free, Gluten and Dairy-free options!! I also love that they have Pupcakes, who doesn't like to spoil their dog! Every time I go in, it smells yummy! They have inside and outdoor seating, very cute cafe!

Such a cute spot with great food! I went for breakfast with a friend and we both tried one of the new breakfast bowls. I got the rise and shine and she got the main street morning. They were both soooo good! I added onions to my rise and shine because their onions are a must (just trust me). This place is a 10/10 must try if you're in Ephrata!

I ordered a strawberry fields salad and it was excellent. The balsamic dressing worked so well and they give you an Generous amount unlike most places. The customer service was great. Very pleasant and friendly. I plan and need to go back to try other items on their menu.

The raspberry lemonade cake and cupcakes for a baby sprinkle gathering we hosted were so delicious and beautiful! The flavor and texture were exceptional! I am so thankful for the talented bakers and their great service! We will be ordering again and spreading the word! Thank you and God Bless!

Every time I’ve been here the food is AMAZING… today I got a breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread.. it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had in my life… I’ll be back Friday.. and after that!

I ordered the salted caramel Moka latte, a savory apple sandwich and an oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip cookie. EVERYTHING was delicious!!!

We love Scratch Bakes and order at least once a week. We've never had anything less than excellent food!

I find that despite the generous portion sizes (this is a side salad!) their prices are more than reasonable- two of us can each order a meal that comes with a drink as well as a cookie and still only pay less than $20. Their cupcakes are delicious too, the Twix is my favorite.

You can't go wrong with this awesome local spot.

This is the best breakfast I've ever had, HANDS DOWN...and I travel for work so I've had breakfast all over this country. The flavors are amazing; it's fresh, vibrant, and so tasty. For breakfast, there's Scratch Bakes, and then there's everywhere else. They're alone at the top in my opinion; if you want a great day, start the day with an amazing breakfast and this is the place to get it.

One of my favorite cafes to visit when I'm in Ephrata. Yummy bagel sandwiches and great coffee drinks. Very spacious area with lots of seating.

The strawberry shortcake French toast is fantastic! The brownies are fudgey deliciousness 😋

Amazing & diverse flavor options for their cupcakes (they also have an option for your puppies at home). My coworkers and I loved the flavor / moisture of these cupcakes. The service was super nice and my experience was above what I expected. We will definitely be returning to try more & to try more of their menu options for breakfast. Very clean environment and the pricing 100% matches the quality.

I was pleasantly surprised with my desserts from this unassuming corner bakery. I got a salted caramel cupcake which was quite delicious and a ginormous chocolate chip cookie which was soft and gooey. There certainly an old time you feel about the place but the menu is very conscientious including options for gluten sensitivity and vegetarian‘s.

I went out on a coffee date with my friend and I got the Egg n Cheese burrito let me tell you that I just couldn't stop telling my friend how absolutely perfect and delicious it was! I also got an iced peach tea which was also wonderful.
