McDonald's

I ordered curbside 10-piece nugget, medium french fry, in a caramel frappe. What I got was a Big Mac, cold hard fries, and my drink normally I would bite the bullet but this one I would have thrown it all away so I went back and without a problem or an attitude I got fresh large french fry and two 10-piece nugget! Even a sincere apology kudos to the manager working tonight the one on Main Street. Much better than I do service I received a few mornings ago

I was impressed, what amazing changes they did , they finally stepped up their game , before I had 1 star and have said something on their lack of direction that they could not take on a very simple order on more than one occasion , This franchise hired Jeremiah the manager and they have made the best decision ever, he had the upmost customer focus than any other McDonald’s managers franchise I have ever been at he has cleaned up this McDonald’s as if he was Morgan Freeman at eastside high school in the movie lean on me. Great Job Jeremiah I wish you the best and sincerely thank you for doing what you do by providing a clean and respectable establishment for all the families in Ephrata ,you keep doing what you do and your future is very promising, people don’t understand just cause it’s McDonald’s and cause your just flipping burgers don’t make you less skillful comparing it to someone that has a degree in law or medicine but what really counts that it is not the problem that is the problem but your attitude is your problem, Jeremiah is giving his best and he’s getting it right. This McDonald’s Franchise finally made the best choice by far by letting this man take over , keep up the Great work and in hopes that those young employees can learn by your Guidance and example in your work ethics. 👍👍👍🍔🍔🍔🍟🍟🍟5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We just went in for a drink. Employees were very friendly and outgoing.

Drive through was great. Service and food.

The food is mediocre poison, the service...tries their hardest! The atmosphere is otherworldly; (creepy) life-sized mascot scene, unique and ahead of the time gamestations, potentially terrific playgrounds, interactive light touch tables, etc.

This McDonalds is very well managed compared to the one at the Cloister Center

I have never had a bad experience with this McDonald's. Everyone is always very nice and wonderful to talk with! Food is always fresh and made correctly. This mcd is a gem compared to many others I've been to over the years. Keep up the awesome job guys!!! Ya'll rock!

Customer service was fantastic. The young lady that brought our try to us was awesome and the manager is great! Will be back again. Everything was hot too.

Great service. Consistent and the food is hot. They do a good job. I get my Mcmuffins in the morning and its always hot and prepared right no short cuts. Its refreshing to have a Mcdonalds that cares. The drive thru girls are great and proffesional.

This McDonald's is probably the best I have ever been to. They have a really nice team of people and are consistently the fastest drive thru line I've gone through... Even during lunch hour!

1/21/19 Had an awesome experience here. Friendly staff with a lot of patience and fresh warm food. The one employee Jennifer was kind enough to give me extra sauces and apologize for cold food in a past experience. Every McDonald’s needs to have nice workers like her!

Love the vanilla soft ice cream. My cone was large and very nicely made. Cheers to the friendly lady at the drive-thru payment window.

John was very nice. He has great customer service. They were super busy but he still was very polite and kind. Thanks John. I will return when we drive back to the area for the dentist!

Really nice service! I've been to a couple other McDonald's in the area who messed up my order or my sandwiches were sloppy when put together so I couldn't eat them with out making a mess. I've never had that experience at this McDonald's! The staff are always patient and quick to fill my order, they always get it right, and when I unwrap my sandwich, it stays together!

Im not sure what changed in the store, whether management or something else in the last months, but there has been a huge change in the food and service. Everything has been GREAT more recently. Faster, friendlier service. Fresher, hotter food. I had to edit my review from a year ago bc it said how it takes so long at this one and it's never right. Whatever changed, keep it up!

Drive through for dinner, bundle boxes are about 20$. We usually add about 5 extra cheese burgers, a 20 piece chicken nugget, and 2 large fries for around 51$. Seems crazy for fast food but feeds six people with a little bit left over.

There is usually never a designated counter person so the wait for service sometimes takes awhile because they are taking care of drive thru first.

This is probably the best McDonald's in Lancaster. There food is always so fresh and they are very accurate and fast with getting the orders out.

The people there are very friendly and 🙂 nice. They always make sure you get your order fast as possible.
