McDonald's

This has been my go-to McDonald's for years, and I've hardly had any issues. The food is always great. I have a lot of allergies and I really appreciate that you guys are open about your ingredients online, I feel safe eating here. 🙂

I love using the mobile app. They are so nice there. And food is always hot & speedy service. I won't even use curbside if rainy out. And always use it when it's nice. I think I'd like a chance to step.out doors if I worked there when it's a beautiful day out!

Wont be back in the dining room for sure. Staff forgot my cup for soda forgot my granddaughters dipping sauce. So i went to the counter and politely asked for a cup and sauce. Was told we don't have time for this. Then begrudgingly rudely got the items and tossed them on the shelf where the orders are placed to be picked up. It was the McDonald's in the cloister shopping mall. But both franchises are owned by the brown family so i would assume same type of people work at both. Go elsewhere is my recommendation..

Always take out! But everyone is very nice.

Has gotten alot better lately. Used to get sloppily made sandwiches without onions and mustard, but now they're great. I'm guessing they hired some new people. As for speed idk about drive throughs since I walk there, but inside isn't that bad (but it does get backed up alot with grubhub people some hours). The employees seem very nice, the ones in the back are always very busy though. Probably still short staffed.

Coming from BK side... Stopped to get a bite at BK but the indoor area was closed. Then made our way to KFC but still no indoor dining. Thankfully went to MCDONALD'S and they were open to dining inside.saved our Halloween day and the kids were happy. Great overall experience.

The place always has my food in a timely manner even when busy. Always hot never cold and its alwys correct.

Food was fresh and fast. Very busy place. Manager is great.

It was so nice to order your food and have someone nice to take your order, The food was hot except the FF. But was warm really no complaints I stay in the Harrisburg pa area and everything body they have at McDonald's is lazy and gross looking and you have to wonder did your food get messed with !! I never felt that at this McDonald's 😁😁😁

Friendly people clean always busy recommend

I used the app to do a mobile order. When I drive up to the ordering station all I had to do was give them a 4 character code and move to the window to get my receipt and food. The food was fresh and everything I'd hoped it would be.

Food is typical and good.

So a five-star experience with McDonald's due to the fact that when we were asking for special attention be taken on our hotcakes with sausage breakfast the register operator actually put in that I requested a McGriddle be on my meal instead of a biscuit and I was very thankful.

This McDonald's was better then most. Drive through went smoothly with an accurate order and food was delicious

Place is getting better service wise

Good service and I enjoy the coffee. Would like to see more smiles, smile just for the hell of it. We all have something to be greatful for. Laughter and smiling is healing, this is McDonald's for many years.

Really outstanding for a McDonald's. The people working showed lots of feeling and cared about each customer they were taking orders for. Not your typical stone-faced, angry, frustrated, overworked, stressed out fast food employees.

Great fast food when your on the go, can't go wrong with there $1.00 drinks...just check your bag before leaving the drive thru, to make sure your order is correct.

Very friendly counter service help. Table service is always appreciated 👍🙂 food nice and hot when served to you.

I love the new order machines. They help if you don't know what you want you can look around on the machines. Not all the workers are nice so you don't have to talk to them. The workers are not helpful.
